I am hoping to start (or annoyingly copy something that already existed) a thread about preparation when you know you are getting laid on a specific day.
For instance, i know i'm getting the wife in the sack tonite, so i did an extensive jelq/ssj/heatpad routine all before noon today to let my guy settle down for tonite. I'll elaborate on the routine later and the results.

Do you follow your normal routine, back it in half, avoid certain things, etc, etc?

Thanks guys, i'll be interested to see what you folks do or don't do.
 
Why did you abandon the thread? I thought it was a good question and I was hoping to gain some pointers as well as share my experiences.
 
I thought it was too, but it seemed to have no wind in its sails. I just figured it was a dud
 
Avoiding things will be a personal preference (IE: you're doing hanging sets and fatigue to the point where EQ goes down a tad).

Most people probably use the Bathmate overwhelmingly than any other pre-sex method. Maybe multisets mixed with SSJ's and/or slight clamping or 1 longer Bathmate session.

There there's supplements. PDE5/premature ejaculation inhibitors, NO/bloodflow/performance increasing, semen volume increasing(& pineapple juice for taste) and other stuff to reduce prolactin levels.
 
speaking of pineapple juice for taste (which ive tried) my spunk wreaks of chlorine....my wife doesnt avoid BJs because of it, but doesnt love it either. Anyone have this issue or heard of it? (off topic a lil)

Also when I get a minute, i will post an accidental pre game routine from the other day.

I get most of of my vitamin c from fresh fruit...shit I must taste like a pina colada :D

It's not likely from it's vitamin c content.

I haven't done much research into it other than hearsay, nor have I tried it (the method or my own semen while under the influence of pineapples :p ).

Might have to do w/ the bromelain enzyme. It might create an aroma/flavor on urine and have something to do with urine pH.
Semen also contains proteins which bromelain helps break down. A lack of protein content in semen might equate to a sweeter taste.
However, that doesn't mean bromelain content is high in semen when taken (via pineapple), nor does it mean it targets proteins in semen in any specific way.

Would be easier to understand if I knew how fast the liquids from pineapples are broken down, how fast they flush through the system, @ what % they're utilized and @ what % they're excreted.
Much like certain vitamins (mainly B's); what isn't utilized is excreted through your urine creating a yellowish hue.

Pineapples also contain other compounds that might also induce a sweeter taste.

I didn't research the above, just my common knowledge of bromelain and other various proteolytic enzymes.

SSJ/Bathmate supersets then put on a cockring to keep the expansion. At least an hour before. I'll still have good EQ after an hour or two and have the extra size.

I usually don't have enough time, so I take my pre-workout formula 40 min before I leave work, throw a clamp on and keep getting hard until I leave work. Also, when I'm in the car, I move the clamp like jelqing for great all around expansion. Love tinted windows. The pre-workout helps with excellent blood flow and expansion, along with relaxing my muscles and delaying fatigue. Doing that helps me hit bottom real easily. Everything is expanded almost to the max. My quick pre-pounding routine.
