for anyone who doesn't believe this work I can honestly say I finally tried even a short maybe 10 min. session last night and I can already tell some difference. Stayed pumped even up till now from last night. I didn't do anything to serious was more or less showing the wife (since she's offered to support me and help where she can) and this morning I woke up feeling the difference. Heck, woke up did my morning routine and new I wasn't arroused but looked about the size of me having a semi-erection. what a great way to start a day!! Hi all, I have been reading these forums with disbelieve for the last 6 hours, lots of good reading especially the reverse kegal routine for lasting longer before ejaculation, but then there is this post which has put me right off, I see that most of you have been doing this for some months gaining little and often, how can this guy see a difference after a 10 minute jelqing session and a good nights sleep, this is the one that has made be a bit doubtful in starting.

If/When I do start, would I expect to see instant results like the above poster did?
Look forward to your responses and also to the possibility of starting of the exercises

First of all welcome to the forum doubtful! Secondly, if you stick around long enough you will be asking for a name change:)

On your above question.

It is not uncommon for some users to make extremely quick initial gains. It does not happen with all but some folks do report fast initial gains and then they slow to a more realistic pace after a period.

My results, initially, were relatively fast (I went from 6.5 to around 8 in under six months). No overnight gains, as this is something I only hear of very rarely, but one post should not be the determinate on your program. Start out using my newbie routine, give it a couple months, then make your own opinion. The thing about Penis Enlargement, whether you believe or not, if you don't try you will never know. For me it seemed like a huge pipe dream but over 3 years in with record gains I am a believer. Penis Enlargement is about faith, hard work and determination.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Yes you need to be dedicated. You prolly don't need to spend this much time to get results but the more consistent/persistent you are, the better your result will be in the long run. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for about 9 months now and have had pretty good results. Mind you it's not anything like DLD's, but he's in a class of his own and most people can't realistically expect gains like his. There are alot of bro's here that have made way better gains than me, i guess i'm sort of a hardgainer (i didn't see any change in length /girth for the first month) but i'm not gonna let that stop me.

I strongly suggest that you start the newbie routine and do it everyday or as close to everyday as your schedule allows. Do it even if you don't see results right away cuz if you're persistent, you will eventually see results.
 
I think the fast gainers are cases in which the penis was initially in poor health. Poor circulation, weak PC muscles, maybe constriction from tight clothing, and tight skin from bad circumcisions. The Penis Enlargement exercises give them a quick boost in size because the circulation is being improved and the PC muscles worked and the skin loosened. They are not so much gaining as jumpstarting to their full potential.

It's not so much that he has seen a gain persay after 10 minutes of Penis Enlargementing. What he is probably seeing is his dick looking healthier due to inreased blood in the penis. THIS can happen after just one session, it's what happened to me. Perhaps this time is not enough.I worked 6 days per week for 12 weeks.
I didn't see any gains.
So it can be that you have to work even more harder.

Well like I said everyone is different but I can tell you that Penis Enlargement requires dedication like nothing you have ever done before. I am not trying to scare you but I do want you to realize that Penis Enlargement is no magic trick. The gains will happen but it requires work and commitment.
