Is there any fluid retention thread?
Or info I should know?

Not always, I try not to get to the point of fluid retention, but sometimes I get there.
Is it good? bad? neutral?

I really don't mind having it unless is gonna delay or hold me from gains.

It's not bad but its not ideal. It's better to not have it.
 
its good for the bulge look but bad for permanent gains. shorter sets with jelqs/edging will enlarge the cc's and veins. super long pumps or marathon pumping just brings more edema

yup better to not have it. Gotta prevent that stuff with SSJ and shorter pump times as you said acro :) but its great if you want to look big for sex
 
I love the size I get out of it, I can definitely cause some damage haha!

Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) SRT BathMate/SSJ combination is best if using a pump. If the retention comes from elsewhere the same methodology would work by breaking every 5 minutes and doing a 5 minute set of SSJ's.

I don't get to the point of fluid retention. All thanks to dry pumping. I get only tissue expansion.
