So i finally got all my wrap today, put Sports wrap then Theraband.
i wrapped it all up and lo and behold no slipping stayed right there.
i did 10 minutes of pure stretching 3 minute stetches, and 1 minute stretches no counting break time. so 10 mins of pure stretch.
i did 3 mins of BTC i would put the LM between my legs and then straighten my body its a hell of a stretch and i feel it right in the base / ligs held this for 3 mins. THen i did bundles in a few different directions for 1 minute each, then i did Bundled BTC which felt great as well mostly felt it all in the base ligs.
Then i think i invented my own stretch, i wrapped the rope around my door handle, then i leaned back and let my self sort of hang from my dick, then as im hanging and there is a constant tension i would slowly turn the LM and perform a bundle under constant pull and turn it in all different directions.
Did not experience any loss of circulation, very tiny fluid build up so all in all it was a great experience and i cant wait to step it up to 30 mins a day should that be enough DLD?
i havent started any Power assist excersises yet.
