Hey everyone! Finally decided to make an accout here to really get plugged in and try to turn my efforts into a real success. Been a free lurker and partial participant of PE for many years. Never stayed at a routine long enough to see results and im ready to make this a lifestyle. I most recently added the PF to my tool box and am trying to get into the habit of wearing it at least 12 hrs a day. I also have a SG extender and a base model BM.

Todays routine consited of warming up in shower with a basic stretch 10sec pull right, left, down, up, straight. 10 pull rotations right then left. Helecopter shakes repeat3 times. Then onto jelqs for about 5 min then BM for 5 min. After shower i did 45min-1Hr in SG, then i put on the PF. 9 hrs later took another shower with some stretching. Then 10-15min of jelqs then back into the PF.

No particular plan in today just what i decided in the moment. Need to get a regular routine planned out. I'm definitely open to suggestions and guidance so feel free.
 
some exercises you are following are similar to the newbie routine but id do 30+ secs routines instead of 10 secs only.

For the BM id check the BM hardcore stretches,and i d increase the jelquin session too..

Easy, SRT is the routine for you! You have everything you need to do the entire workout and it is the fastest routine to gain with.
 
Hey guys thanks for chiming in. Yes i have looked at the SRT program and it is quite the read lol. Unfortunately i dont think my schedule will allow me to follow the program to a T, though I do plan to see what i can adopt from it to create a routine friendly to my schedule and time allowable.

Well i managed to sleep all the way through the night in the PF! But had to take it off for a bit of a break when i woke up lol. Plan to do the same again tonight. Didnt get desired time logged in PF do to time spent with SO today but did get at least 1 set of stretches, a SG session and BM session as well. Plan to get on a SRT schedule starting tomorrow.

That is what SRT is about! If you can't do it all, do what you can and add as you can. I am happy you read through it as the education is priceless. So take in the whole routine and trim where you need.
 
Not sure what thread it was but i saw where people were experiencing the tin man noise with the PF. I also fell victim to this lol. Today i applied some Wahl hair clipper oil to the springs and problem solved! No more sqeeky. I'm sure you guys already figured something out but just thought I'd share.

Agreed but I did not see where he mentioned how long he was training in the SG, did I miss it?
 
Yes it was mentioned in that 1st post for my workout per that day. Trying to get at least one 45m-1hr active stretching session in the SG per day and lots of passive hrs in the PF to accommodate my active schedule. I'd have to go back over the SRT thread but off the top of my head I'm not sure how many active hrs i should spend stretching.
 
Been experiencing a little water retention under my glands after being in PF for extended periods. Not sure what exactly is causing it. Anyone else experience this?

I think its normal due to how the PF works, I would take this as a sign to dial the period down a bit.

Be sure to warm up and down and this can be avoided. Deep tissue massage works best at dispersing fluid evenly.
