Hey everyone! Finally decided to make an accout here to really get plugged in and try to turn my efforts into a real success. Been a free lurker and partial participant of PE for many years. Never stayed at a routine long enough to see results and im ready to make this a lifestyle. I most recently added the PF to my tool box and am trying to get into the habit of wearing it at least 12 hrs a day. I also have a SG extender and a base model BM.
Todays routine consited of warming up in shower with a basic stretch 10sec pull right, left, down, up, straight. 10 pull rotations right then left. Helecopter shakes repeat3 times. Then onto jelqs for about 5 min then BM for 5 min. After shower i did 45min-1Hr in SG, then i put on the PF. 9 hrs later took another shower with some stretching. Then 10-15min of jelqs then back into the PF.
No particular plan in today just what i decided in the moment. Need to get a regular routine planned out. I'm definitely open to suggestions and guidance so feel free.
