One a person eats below their BMR ( base metabolic rate ) for a period of time , that person looses weight. When we can do this and perform cardio our body burns fat . The fat that is burnt comes from all over our bodies. Over time our body fat percentage lowers and we become lean, showing off any muscle a person may have.
people who have very little fat pad also have very little fat anywhere else . I would put their body fat percentage below 12% and depending on muscle development , they would have visible abbs. If a person was in the single figure of body fat , they would have very little fat pad and they would be ripped!
Fat burners can definitely help people and have there place . They will work best when everything else is spot on when it comes to diet and training.

For the majority of guys, the first place we begin to see signs of excess body fat is around our midsection. South of our midsection is our pelvis. Men and women can suffer from a condition known as "skinny fat" meaning we look thin up top and our legs but yet not around our waste. As I stated earlier , the only way to rectify this is to change the way we eat and find a diet that works for us. If your goal is to loose any body fat, regardless of where it is, then something needs to change. A person can begin to do some sort of steady set cardio or put themselves in a calorie deficit , or both. In my opinion, we should be hitting the weights at least twice a week with some cardio and a clean diet.
