The only reason they pasteurize everything from the store is to destroy the nutrients. You can just boil it to kill the bacteria if you care that much which I don't because I've drunk goat milk straight out of the teat, and it was nasty mainly because the taste is so strong. *You lactate, I stack papes'*

I've had it. Its not so bad. After awhile, with those swingin jugs in front of you while she's on top, you just gotta take a swig. I agree with DLD.

I am up to 3 meals a day now and I think it is a much better approach to losing weight than before. I was ordered by the doctor to eat 3-5 meals a day because of my ulcer. My diet now consists of

Breakfast: Fresh Fruit and non fat yogurt

Lunch: Vegetable drink (has a whole days supply) and a salad and chicken.

Dinner: Pasta and Sauce or Whole wheat sandwiches.

This is not the best diet but it does keep my metabolism going and gives me good energy. As I stated elsewhere every bit of weight I lost I gained back during this winter of endless viruses. So I am back on the health train trying to drop 30 pounds again.
