Everything pretty much makes you fatter. Best thing you can do is walk or jog for as long as you have time for every day. Better yet aerobics, if you can stand it. I can't, but it does burn off the bad shit pretty good.

Its really that simple: dont eat processed crap and animal crap and you will have almost zero fatpad quaranteed.

Any exercise is good as long as you enjoy it. Only if you enjoy it you will love to do it and look forward to next sessisons.

Hey bro great read, altho rice and potatoes = complex carbs.
I myself could never eat a period of an animal (that is what egg actually is).

If you want to lose fat pad, I suggest you dont eat processed crap, dont eat animal crap, exercise daily and be happy with yourself.

Cooked brown rice and sweet potatoes are complex carbs. White rice and white potato's are simple carbs from what I last remember seeing.

I love chicken periods (eggs). The reason I eat them is for the cholesterol. Cholesterol has the same chemical backbone as testosterone, and is used as material to make more testosterone.

Nope, even white potatoes (or any kind of potatoes imaginable) and white rice = complex carbs. Same as whole-grain bread = complex carbs.
Whatever reason you have for eating someones period, thats all you. There is alot of plant based stuff that would do you much better.

No matter the argument, a healthy lifestyle with healthy eating will do wonders. Meat and vegetable protein do the same thing, they both have strengths and weaknesses. Where you get the protein is of no matter.

Losing the fat pad is easier than building abs. You need to use machines and weights if you want that strong, blocky look. We all have abs, it's in our genetics. Nowadays though, we have no need for them to show since we no longer hunt or forage. Humanity continues to get shorter and fatter until we're all riding along on hover chairs like the movie Wall-E. Which is sooner than we think.

Get up early in the morning and do your exercises. That gives you the whole day to yourself instead of trying to make time.

I'd like to see a thread started about the period eggs with more info. That way we keep this one on a solo track.

If you don't have access to a pull up bar, or even for convenience purposes, I highly recommend buying one of these for your house:

Not only can you burn fat but you can build a good amount of strength by simply doing body weight exercises. Look at all the gymnasts who do body weight work for proof or look up barbrothers among the many out there. I bought one of these and have built up a stronger core and also burned fat in my mid region. Roughly ~$20. The one in the pic I bought from walmart but, amazon sells them if you're interested.

These types of work outs don't require as much rest time as doing traditional workouts either so, you can pretty much do them whenever you have the energy. I just recently bought this and started working on a routine not too long ago and I'm noticing a big difference. Here is my typical routine:

Wake up, cook scrambled eggs with some coconut oil (good stuff), make coffee, and before I eat, I do several sets of pullups / ab work. Eat and go to work. Come home, do another set of pull ups / ab work, wash up and eat. And if I'm still awake and not exhausted, I'll do some ab work.

Most important thing of all this is, consistency. If you don't come up with some kind of schedule or program, I guarantee you will lack the results you want. Sorry for the long post but, this has personally helped me so I wanted to make sure I shared it.

** I only mentioned the eggs because of the talk about chicken periods and what not :p

Hmm, you're right! I looked that up and they are complex. I think what I remembered is that because I was following a strict 'diabetics' diet, that I avoided white potato's because they spiked insulin levels. This usually tells the body to store sugars as fat instead of energy.

Glycemic Rating
The glycemic index rates carbohydrates according to how quickly they raise blood sugar. The glycemic rating of potatoes indicates that their high starch content makes them a "bad" carb. Any score over 70 is high, indicating the food causes a rapid spike in blood sugar. A baked potato has a glycemic score of 111. Boiled white potatoes are rated 82, while sweet potatoes have a score of 70. If you're healthy, you can tolerate high glycemic foods in moderation, but they're a bad choice for anyone who must keep blood sugar balanced.

Well, you can find thousands of articles telling you potatoe is the most perfectly balanced thing on planet, and other thousands telling you potatoe will kill you.
What I can guarantee is people get caught up too much in Glycemic index bullshit (look up some clinical studies of Dr. McDougall who cured more diabetic people than you can imagine)

I suggest try read stuff like "Starch solution", "China study" etc.

Its beyond me how people who eat dead animals and their periods on daily basis are afraid to eat potatoe (not talking about you, just in general bro :) )

what are the kinds of food that get the fat pad fatter.I think hidrocarbs, all kinds of chocolate, sugary foods,Sodas, even milk,im pretty sure there are a ton of foods that increase the infamous fat pad...

i think most men consume that food but which quantities are suggested to keep things at bay..lol i think this can be helpful cause most of the fat gets stored in the belly but the fat pad can store an important amount of fat too...:p>:(

My diet over the past 7 months, where lost 40 pounds was very, very basic. Low sodium beef jerky, whole grain cereal and low fat milk. I allow myself to have two lollipops a day to handle my sugar cravings. I also drank a ton of water too. So basic, so easy and so effective. Since my diet is mostly low fat protein I lost no muscle mass and today I can see most muscles. A bit more work and I will be there.

That's what I'm talking about. You can hit the hardware store and get square tubing and brackets of you don't weld. If I had a garage, I'd have a frickin jungle gym. If I can DIY anything, I do it.

I lost 40 lbs a few years ago doing almost the same thing. As long as your healthy and have regular check ups at your doctor, things are all good. Home gyms for the win lol.

Haha. You know you love chicken periods and dead animals. Is it any better that I keep their heads and eyes intact so they can watch me consume their bodies. Its like I'm eating into their very souls. 😝

On a more serious note, I have been known to eat potato's and love the hell out of them. I'm just stating that for his particular thread, that I cut them out (along with a large amount of carbs) when I intend to lose some serious weight. Its just what works for me. Whether or not it will help anyone else is another story, but I hope it helps someone. In the meantime, I'm gonna head to the kitchen and eat me some chicken periods.

I wouldn't say "dead animals" since we eat them because of energy content. All things that are alive need take energy from someplace, or be dead. So they are alive just like the sun, and the earth. Btw potatoes bloat you up crazy, and demotivates:p

At the end its always calories in/calories out. People swithing to "healthy" diet lose weight cuz its pretty hard to eat 2000 calories worth of brocollli and crazy easy to eat 2000 calories worth of pizza = they just eat less callories, simple mas that.

I dont find human life any more imporant than a cows life and if I dont eat people and children, I dont see any reason for eating cow or dog.
Same as I dont buy breast milk from random women, I wouldnt drink cows breast milk intended for calf.

Not to be off topic: dont eat crap + exercise = zero fat pad and 100% EQ
