Experience with Penis Related Supplements

Hey, everyone.

There are a ton of supplements out there for penis enlargment. And unfortunately, I have wasted money on them. I'm here to share my personal experience.

About 2 years ago, before i found out about natural Penis Enlargement, I tried "Expand" capsules.

They are a generic pill, that has all the usual ingrediants, i compared to other pills.

I bought a two month system, for I think 70-80 dollars $
For the first week, I was somewhat hopeful. My erections were a little stronger, and my flaccid was bigger. However, there was NO improvement after that... nothing else changed after that first week.. I didn't have the time, and didn't want to pay for shipping, so i did not use there "Money back garuntee"

Basically, it was a total waste of 80 $. My flaccid was a little bigger on the pills, but that was it! and as soon as i ran out of pills, the flaccid got smaller again. All they did was promote good blood flow, i think.


I found out about natural Penis Enlargement awhile after.. And did it VERY INCONSISTENTLY for a year.. maybe Penis Enlargement'ing a whole week, only every 2 months. I think i just started getting rock hard erections after a week of Penis Enlargement, and didn't care that much about getting bigger.

The past month or so, I joined the site, and have been Penis Enlargement'ing on a regular basis.

I also, just recently decided to try some supplements! Maybe they will work better when COMBINED with natural penis enlargement.

So, I looked up the ingrediants in penis enlargement pills

CURRENTLY: I bought Saw Palmetto today, and will see how it works! there are many rumors that is promotes good blood flow down there, and enlarges the testicles/ aids in sperm count. I will let you all know how it goes!! This supplement will last 25 days.. I will inform how it goes, if there are any good benefits/new gains.. then I'll try a new ingredient! keep checking, I just took my first dose about an hour ago.

Yes please keep us posted. I am considering supplements to aid in bloodflow because it couldn't hurt when you're clamping...

OK, so day 3 of taking Saw Palmetto. I am taking the directed amount, 2 capsules daily. Which is 305 mg I think.

Effects: Unusually, my libido (sexual drive) has been kinda shitty these past few days. Im not getting random boners throughout the day like I normally do. However, when stimulated enough, I obviously still get hard.. Now I did notice a slight increase in pre-cum. I often drizzle out a little pre-cum, but I actually SHOT little amounts of pre cum before orgasm. My orgasms are the same, as is ejaculation. No other effects noticed.. No bigger flaccid or testicles. Nothing. I will finish the bottle, but I do not plan on buying Saw Palmetto again. I might up the dosage a little bit though.. ILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED!

cialis/viagra::: girth work clamping etc. mabey not a full pill but it will keep you hard (be carefull)

blue steele (? spelling) same a viagra/cialis cheaper and at ur local ���� store.

l arginine great for blood flow and mixed with any 3 about can be rock hard erections. almost too hard.. thats all i know

WOW!!!

Ok, so I know in the last post.. things were sounding pretty So-So to negative..

But I think it just takes time for your body to adjust to the Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto is supposed to shrink the prostate.. So i think that is why I had a shitty first few days.

But man, it has been about a week since I started taking the Saw Palmetto and it is great.

Observations after 1 week:
-My erections are very hard, and my head really fills up.
-Testicles are the same size, although feel a little heavier.
-Pre-cum is a lot more, than when not on the supplement
-Actual cum, is also a bit more

So, I will continue enjoying the benefits of Saw Palmetto for another 18 days or so.. then I will take ONE week off, and see how the benifits last/go away.

Then, I'll probably try a new supplement.

One thing I noticed.. The penis enlargement pills I previously took, had all the ingrediants that I am taking individually now.. but they were much smaller doses. With 20 ingrediants or so, I was getting about 1600 mg worth of all kinds of shit. With maybe only 80 mg, coming from Saw Palmetto.

I think it is good to take LARGER, LESS COMPLICATED doses of penis health products...
