Hey guys, tried searching for this but my Internet keeps saying can't find blahh. I wanna make my balls hang lower, they're always close to my cock. Should I just pull on my scrotum for 30-60 seconds or the Testical health massage. Any exercises that target this?

Always wear loose clothing, especially underwear or if you can: go commando!

One exercise is to reduce the turkey neck effect and that also includes pulling your scrotum. You take OK-grip behind your glans, as in all the foreskin pulled away (if you do have foreskin) and then grab your scrotum. Then just pull your penis upward and scrotum downward. I usually do this every time I go to the bathroom.
 
Like arkailija said, the testicle health massage is a good way.

The THydromax is all I've ever done to increase the hang on my balls and, I must say, although the results don't show up nearly as fast as they tend to with enlarging your penis, they DO show up. As with everything else, the secret is to be consistent and patient. :)
 
i read if you keep them warm they hang lower but a cold breeze makes em pack it in
from my sessions when im warm they hang lower and when i get out of the shower in winter they practically disapear up and around lol
