Now I know erect stretches help close the gap between EL and FSL which would be amazing for me, but I have trouble staying fully erect when doing them. I even lay down, watch �naked people movies�, and use a cock ring, but as soon as I start stretching I last for a second then revert to about 50-70% hard. Will this still have the same effect or do I need to be 100%?
 
Stop watching �naked people movies� and wanking for the next few weeks (or wank once every two weeks or so for 2 months) and it will improve. This is what I did. For a period of 4-5 months I wanked once 1-2 weeks or so. After this I had a 26 day absolute �naked people movies�, ejaculation and masturbation (edging,balloning) abstination and after this I could ejaculate 2-3 times in a row and still be hard LMAO!

But aside from the above written- do not lay down. When I lie down my EQ falls significantly as well :)
 
I can't get hard standing up and lose it if I do unless I'm having sex. I hardly ever jack off. It's just my meds make me need stimulation to get hard, but even before I got on them I couldn't stay 100% hard while doing the stretches.

Do you do kegels? Having a very bad conditioned Pelvic Floor is one of the reasons for low EQ (Erection Quality) and what you are saying seems to be something similar.
 
I've done plenty of kegels and my pc muscles are strong. But I take lexapro and xanax which kills my eq when I don't have a girl. If my girl is here, my dick stands up at a 45 degree angle but to just lay and try to keep hard while I stretch it, it just doesn't happen

It's not that bad. I do them some times with 80% erection. As long as you are doing kegel, you shouldn't be having problems getting erect to do erect stretches.
