I learnt this little trick years ago and forgot about it till the other day when I was going through my Penis Enlargement box.
It will keep more blood in your penis while you jelq and do girth work but without the stress of constriction. It is very easy to release and put back on as well.
Here's what you do. You need a minimum of 3' of surgical tubing. 3/8" o.d. works well. Next, take a shower and clean your ass (just trust me and do it). Start with your warm-up (heat wraps, soak ect.). Bring yourself to to a pumped semi-erection. Now take the surgical tubing and hang it over your penis at the base, leaving two equal lengths hanging down. One on either side of your balls. Make sure not to get any lube on the tubing. Reach around to behind and grab the two lengths of tubing that are hanging on either side of your penis. Pull these two lengths firmly back and up between your ass cheeks. This will put pressure on the top (dorsal) veins of the penis allowing more blood to stay in the penis. Your ass cheeks hold the tubing in place (with a little practice). This is allows your hands to be free for exercising. If you have lots of tubing, you can tie the end to a doorknob and then bring it up between your legs and loop it over your penis.
