8ve decided to simplify my traininhg for the next 100 days I will.be doing simple and sinister by pavel tsatsouline. Along with 100 push ups daily . It's a simple program but will whoop.your ass . Anyone who is interested I would highly suggest buying the book from his site strong first .
The program is basically
10x10 kettlebell swings
Swing hands on each swing set
10x1 Turkish get ups
I'm really excited about what this will bring . I know daily training is alot but our bodies are made to adapt .
If anyone has questions I would love to help

I also have a rare collection of VHS tapes of of him taking a seminar with the FBI which I purchased off eBay many years ago.

She asked me what the hell do people do with this thing. I had to show her that they come in different weights and what you could do with them. I can see where used properly, they could put a whooping on you

I'm sure there is a way of doing it , I just don't know how.
