Hi,
I have been doing my PE strictly for 3 months, before 1,5 months only bathmate session 20 minutes each and I dont see any results.
My routine:
Morning: Warm up (10 min), Basic stretching, Bathmate (15 min)

Evening: Warm up (10 min), Basic stretching, Bathmate (15 min), Basic Jelqing (200), Slow squash jelqing (30 – 45 min) , Bathmate (20 min) , warm down , PC muscle kegels 50x5s hold x2s rest.

Any thoughts why I dont have any gains?
 
You need to follow the SRT routine and use a cock ring after your girth sessions.

As Hugh has suggested have a good read of the SRT Thread. It will give you much more sensible ways to train and make gains faster. Going 20 minutes in the BathMate seems like a good idea but in actuality breaking the set up into smaller 5 minute sets followed by 5 minutes of SLowSquashJelqs and repeating this 3x will bring so much more expansion than going 20 minutes in the BathMate. This is only one example of what SRT offers. Have a good read and educate yourself to the newest advancements in PE.
