Hello fellow MOS-friend's!!

I'm new here and this will be my first thread i also hope you can help me out with your experience.


My first touch with PE:

My PE journey started this year in july. I have read a lot arround the internet about getting longer and thicker. It was kinda interesting but also suspicious because you never hear anywhere about it. I thought to myself it must be something behind all this PE stuff because so many people in american and also german sites are talking about it, sharing their routines and stuff..
So i guess it would be ridiculous for so many people to troll arround the internet for which reason? Thats the point where i told to myself i have to give it a shot...
So i came along to matterofsize, goodlookingloser, pegym.


My experience:

I have sucked every information like a sponge i have found in the internet about jelqing, streching, sizegenetics, phallosan forte and penismaster pro, routines...

I started with streching, jelqing and the allmigthy girthblaster bathmate x30. It was a pain in the ass to handle the bathmate. It wasn't that easy as expected like the people in the internet made me belief.

My routine was like this:
At first stretching my unit maybe arround 2-3min followed by some jelqs also 3-5min before i started to pump. I didnt measured my time at all, but i know i was pumping long maybe for about 30minutes or more because it took me some time to figure it out how it's done correctly, especially how to handle the bathmate...

Arround 2months after try and fail i found something like a routine and then i kinda outgrew the x30 or it was always a bit too tight for me. I'm not sure anymore...

Now i stick with the x40 and i'm fine with it.
At the beginning it was very hard to master it. The x40 seemed too big and it always keept sucking my balls into the bathmate. It was timeconsuming to keep my balls out of the bathmate and it hurted me a lot. I always had to invest much time to keep my balls out and at this point i started to take care of this annoying problem. I read some stuff but i decided to try something else.

It was a coinsidence what i found out. Many of you won't stick with my opinion but i have to share it anyways with you who use the bathmate. Maybe it will help you out??
Once in a bathmate session my left ball kept sucking into the bathmate. I was so mad at this point so i let my left ball suck into the bathmate at the same time my right one followed. I thought im gonna die from the pain but it didn't hurt at all. Nothing!
I was surprised it didn't hurt at all so i tried to pump and it worked!!
It was a bit unusuall because i always kept my balls out but i have to admit it doesn't hurt like when my balls where outside the bathmate. At this point im thinking about getting the goliath to have more space for my balls. I will still stick to the x40 until i outgrow it.
!!!IMPORTANT!!!





My routine:

I have read a lot in MOS and found DLD's bathmate girthblaster routine so im sticking to it but i adapted it to myself.

1)
5 min stretching and warming up in the bathmate with very warm water. Not much pumped just enough to keep the bathmate on my unit.
2)
10min jelqing followed by 10min SSJ
3)
30min straight in the bathmate with the balls sucked into it. Im getting flaccid into it and pump myself in about some minutes to 19-20cm.
I tryed also getting errect into it but i have to say for myself it doesn't make a difference at all in comparison with getting flaccid into it.

To reduce and keep the fluid build up to a minimum or zero i sometimes split up the bathmate session into:
15min bathmate
10min jelqing combined with ssj
15min bathmate
But that always depends on my mod if i'm going to split it up :D

Maybe you noticed that im for 30min straight in the bathmate and asked yourself why i dont jelq for 5min, then SSJ for 5min more, and then use the bathmate for 5min in a cirlce and start from new with jelqing and so on?

Well the answer is easy. I save some time because i don't need to get out of the bathmate. Furthermore i stay comfortable in the bathmate and i don't need to adjust it again if i have done it ONCE correctly.
About the blood flow i have no problems at all. The main reason i do it this way is that i can reach the 19-20cm easily and i dont have any "light pain" staying in this state.




My questions to the experienced user of MOS:

1)
is it good to wrap my unit afterwards? (ace bandage wrapping) and for how long should it be done?

2)
Im planning to get an another device but im not sure which one is the right one..
Which do you recomend and why ??
The phallosan forte or the penismaster pro.

Furthermore how do i combine it with my routine?
After my routine my unit is much bigger and im not sure if its good to put a bigger unit into the other device because it will get normal again after some time. That might lead to readjust the device sometimes i guess...

3)
This point is very important to me..
Is it good to have sex with the pumped unit or just leave it until it get to normal? Because i noticed that after i had sex my unit falls from jelqed and pumped to my normal size. So i'm kinda confused what to think about it.

Wrapping after length work is important as it allows you to hold the penis in an elongated state to heal after training. If you are trying to decide between the Phallosan or the PeniMaster go for the Phallosan, a much more useful piece of equipment that can be modified with the SizeGenetics to create the PhalloGenetics, a very cool modification. From everything you have said I think it is important that you read and learn SRT, it is the routine of routines and it will teach you everything you want to know about PE and how it works.

First of all,15 min straight into the bathmate is dangerous.Fluid retention and other bad thing could happen.You don't need to pump that much.Even the Bathmate company says that the pump should be used for 15 min a day,no longer than that.15 min a day,3 sets of 5 min should be more than enough to gain.Overdoing PE , over pumping will not bring you more gains.It will bring you more trouble.Be careful man.

No,the wrap is mostly for length.If you want to keep the girth expansion ,you need a cock ring,or something similar.Wrap your dick won't really hold the expansion as good as a cock ring will.

These are two different things if you ask me.The penimaster pro is an extender,like the SG , you use it for active PE.The phallosan forte is more of an ADS ( all day stretcher ).

I believe the penismaster is stronger in terms of force.Both of them could work.but the extender has more power,it will stretch your dick better than the PF.The PF is more for busy people,when you're at work,etc,and you don't have time for an extender,you put the PF on and forget about it the rest of the day.But the PF stretch is less powerful.

I'm in the same boat as you.If you ejaculate after girth work i lose my expansion.I feel small,shirinked.If that's your case,and if you feel like cuming is shrinking your dick,don't have sex until a few hours after the girth work.

Some say cuming won't affect gains,some say it will destroy gains,i say everyone is different..Sex/masturbation won't have any effect on some men,but for some,like you and me,can fuck up gains.Listen to your body.

It really depend's on how arroused i am at the moment but the first thing i get in my mind is that im happy with my results and one day more done in my PE-workout. Normally i have a few hours later sex and i have no problem at all with my EQ, but as i said it depends on. Pounding the same pussy everyday get's a little bit boring :D

So your dick stays always the same size after your PE-session?

I have read SRT once before and i totally agree with your statemant that the dick need's a little bit extra (strap, cockring) to gain much faster in the healing process, since the moment i noticed my dick shrinks in flaccid state when i wear my underwear after my routine. That's the point where i stopped to wear underwear after i have done my routine.

My only problem with SRT is that i have no idea how to manage it...
It looks very timeconsuming but thats not the mainproblem, my personal problem is when should i use what??

As you know this is my personal routine:

5min stretch and warmup with the bathmate (not with full presure)
10min jelqing
10min SSJ
15min Bathmate (19-21cm, i always go flaccid in it sometimes full or semierrect depends on my arrousment) forgot to mention i always kegel while in the bathmate. Fast and long kegels alternately

Your routine looks fine and you can definitely use this routine and apply important parts of SRT into this. After training girth where a cock ring to keep expansion for as long as possible. After length work get in you SizeGenetics for as much time as you can. If you can't use your SG than use ACE to keep elongation around longer. And on the Phallosan you are right on point.

That are the reasons i'm thinking about to purchase the penimaster pro instead of the phallosan forte and sizegenetics.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.. After my routine i will stick with a cockring as much as possible ? Is it neccesary to take it sometimes off to guarantee bloodflow ?

About ACE is it possible to combine it with the cockring, since i have to rewrap the ACE to keep a good bloodflow i could do it at the same time with the cockring putting it off and on again.

You put on the cock ring,tight enough to slow the blood flow but not tight enough to cut it off.You will take it off after 1-2 hours ( or when the expansion starts to fade ) and throw in some SSJ/Jelqing to re-gain the expansion,then put the cock ring back on.This is the best and the fastest way to gain girth.

It will not give you more gains.It's good from time to time to stretch the dick in that expanded state,to stretch some tunica ( only available then )but not always.Stretching a dick after girth work is very hard , it's like stretching a semi-erect dick,almost impossible.The best time to stretch your dick is when your dick is completely flaccid.Keep length work and girth work separated,don't do them in the same time.When you're done with your girth work ( cock ring,BM , etc , etc ) and all the expansion fades away,you can put the SG on.

You can try to put the SG on after girth work from time to time ( 1 time a week ) but not everytime.Here's a video so you can undertand it better.

DLD you mentioned that you do your PE routine trough the whole day but i only could do it starting in the afternoon. Would there be a problem if my lenght workout would be followed afterwards by my girth workout or should i leave more time between lenght and girth workout?

Here's the thing if you ask me : You have jelqing there.Jelqing could work for length,but it's manly a girth exercise.If you do jelqing before extender,you will get expanded,exactly what i said above,it will be hard to stretch / get into the extender.I would say remove jelqing from your length routine.You can add another length exercises ( look for foot long stretch,very intense,but be careful with it ) if you want,but manual stretching + extender should be good enough.Don't forget to do your bundles before every length or girth routine so you can pre stretch the tunica.Very important part.5-10 min of bundles before every routine can do wonders and help you gain faster and more ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/87084-understanding-the-tunica-and-how-it-effects-gains-in-length-and-girth.html )

Your routine should look like this : warm up ( 5-10 min ) , Bundle stretches 5-10 min ( to stretch the tunica,bundles stretches won't really give you that much size,this stretch is more for stretching the tunica than actually giving you an intense stretch,but tunica stretching is important ) - Manual stretches ( let's say 2-3 sets in every directions / 30 sec each stretch ) ( another stretching since we remove jelqing,only if you want), extender for 1-3 h , and then you could use your PF or your extender at light tension to keep your dick elongated ( read SRT ).This is the best routine you could do right know.

Jelqing didn't had a place in your routine since that was a length routine.As i said,jelqing could work for length too,but it's 80 % a exercise for girth,and you don't want to get expanded before extender or any other stretch,it will make the stretch almost impossible.

No problem,if you do length first,there is no problem.You can go into girth work immediately.

Length before Girth but there is no time specifications to when you can start your girth work. Some do it directly after length while others will do Length in the AM and Girth in the PM. It is really something you will need to determine for yourself and the experiences you are having.

Yes for the most part, but remember I do a very intense one. Don't listen if somebody tells you jelqing doesn't help because its one of the fundamentals. I always include jelqing in the beginning of my routine to help break down the ultra tough tunica so that getting expansion isn't so taxing.
