Today i had the very best workout in my entire life period! this was something that was so much off the hook that im tripping right now :)

So what happened?
Well i did DLD's Bathmate workout.

the story:

but i was thinking something like:

Morning: warmup
DLD stretches while in the shower.

after work: 20 mins of pump (with increasing intensity)

at night: Warm up.
SSJ work with Bathmate.

And pretty much change these throughout the days depending on what mood im in during the day.

What do you say about that? good idea or did i miss something?`please critic, is what i learn from :)
