Hello, so I started jelqing in Oct. 06, and pe'd until Jan., at which point I got a T-vein, and stopped. I had maybe gained a 1/4", after that I stopped entirely, my gains disappeared not too long afterwards. So I got the itch to try pe, and started again June 01/07, after 2 months, I went from 7" nbpel to 7.5" nbel and gained 1/4" girth, from 5.25-5.5", and low and behold... another T-vein, 2 of them. So I have stopped pe'ing for the last week, the one vein is gone, but the other is still there, and I won't quit this time, but it's driving me insane not being able to do my workouts, and the thing is, I always warm up for at least 5 min, oh well, just wanted to vent, and share my gains, and frustrations, I will post some pics soon. Usually my routine is half hour stretching, various stretches, and anywhere from 40, to an hour of wet jelqing, I try for 10 sec. strokes when jelqing, I found great gains doing very slow concentrated jelqs this time around as opposed to the 3 sec jelqs I was doing the first time jelqing. Any other advise on how to avoid the bastard T-veins? I will probably wait another few days before attempting some jelqs again, but am anxious to start up again, thanks guys.

After such a long break from pe, I suggest you should have started slowly with the newbie routine. 40-60 min of 10 sec wet jelquing sounds too hard.
Take it easy!

i'm not sure what a "t-vein" is but maybe your squeezing to hard. lighten up the grip maybe.

It's a "thrombosed vein". There is a lot of info on here if you search for that. It's basically like a hardened vein that I guess is dead or calcified or something, but apparently it feels kind of like a guitar string under the skin and can be painful and ugly looking too. Ibuprofen and hot wraps are supposed to help get rid of them along with lots of time off from Penis Enlargement.

Y & H,

. . . . check out my posts/thread about my "T-Vein" problems (click here).

. . . it takes awhile to get rid of it permanantly. I dont really work out as "hard" as I used to. I also dont wear my latex cock ring as much? Will experiment though to see what caused it ? I was a fanatic, crazy, nuts for Penis Enlargement, when I first started Penis Enlargement.

Good luck and keep the heat on it also - I used a rice sock heated, that helped.

Thanks guys, been keeping lots of heat on it, and have stopped jelqing for just over a week now. And to clarify, for the first 3 weeks I was stretching for maybe 1/2 hour, and jelqing for about 1/2 hour, stepped it up slowly after that with no issues.

I kinda feel that I was jelqing tooo erect ? But its really not easy jelqing without getting hard ? I also used a latex cock ring and ring of power (ROP) after doing some jelqing routines.

I feel that the ROP had something to do with it also, as when I didnt use it after jelqing sessions, I didnt get the T-Vein ?

Take some time off, you have the rest of your life to Penis Enlargement !

Good luck du

Know what you are going through, I started Penis Enlargement in early May before I discovered MOS. After two weeks I had a thrombosed vein or lymph vessel, not sure which but I am leaning toward the latter. Too intense with the Jelqing then right into sex with the wife skipping the warm down. After about 2 months it was almost gone, but in that 2 months I did do some light stretching and didn't refrain from sex which didn't help matters. It was 95% gone and I became a member, started Phase one and after 2 weeks it was back again, maybe a little worse but not quite the length as before. Doing several of the things recommended in here and after 2 weeks seems to be improving. Just wondering how long after it heals before I can resume? I have some realistic goals in mind and this is a set back for now.

Well I waited 8 days, and started jelqing again. Everything was fine for the first four days, then low-and behold, another T-vein, mother-fucker. I guess I might take a couple weeks off this time, try some Ibuprofen, and continue with my hot wraps 4 times a day, this sucks.

damn.. I suggest you wait a month or so and refrain from jelqing, when you resume - jelq once in 2 days(1on 1 off) cause jelqing is going hard on your tissues and I guess you're like me and want some quick gains and go hard on it...

next time leave it to heal until it's totally gone.
I think you can still stretch however if you don't wanna stop :p
