When you use your Cr do you get numb? How often do you need to stimulate circulation?

I would not wear a ring when you sleep because it could mess with blood flow and you would be unaware of this. I suggest wearing it only after a girth work out and keep it on for up to 4 hours, or however long you can get the expansion to remain.
