So basically, I remember reading on this site that there is some sort of manuever that one can utilize when having sex that can easily make you last longer in bed. For me personally, i can usually last a decent length (15-45 min) elongating the experience through pulling out and putting back in, resorting to some quick foreplay, etc but the nonstop thrusting always gets me near orgasm. Any suggestions would be great, seeing as how trying to think of margret thatcher on a cold day (austin powers) doesnt always do the trick!

My advice? Concentrate on fucking with your hips while using the base of your dick as the friction point after the initial thrusting. I think most will agree with me on this. Grinding will get her there and keep you from coming too soon.

I think this is good advice and something i have somewhat known from experience. I do remember times when i have music in the background and almost focus more on grinding to the beat (dancing somewhat, just happen to be inside her) while penetrating rather than just going in and out. It might be due to a displacement of thought; rather than focusing on the action of sliding in and out, i try to make a coherent effort to shift my line of thinking and put all cerebral activity towards dancing almost.

The part about the friction is a little confusing to me though...do you mean just not having the head penetrate quite as deeply?

No, I mean basically penetrating deeply almost at all times and using the base of your penis to rub against the clitoris (this really mostly works in missionary).

When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.
