How long to wait until using a cockring? I have been doing Penis Enlargement for two weeks now

You should start using your cock ring immediately you are done with your pumping session. You want to wear the cock ring for a minimum of 1 hour.

I wear mine for two hours. Instead of doing two pumping sessions daily, I rather wear the cock ring for 2 to 3 hours doing 10 minutes of SSJ after every 1 hour.
