I have been doing 20 minute sets for about the last three hours so far. Total clamp time is now over two hours. My dick is feeling sore to say the least. Using two clamps at the base as usual. Still got several hours left today. Going to repeat tomorrow. Think I will be doing this two days in a row every week in addition to my usual morning girth sessions on the other mornings. My penis feels unreal. Constant fatigued sensation.
 
*Update*

A couple more hours of clamp time. I'm about to stop for the day after this next set. I have not felt this much soreness/fatigue in a LONG time. It's fuckin' awesome!:cool:
 
Don't blow your dick off! I can see a major problem with t-veins developing from too much clamping.

Good luck with the shock routine, i have experimented on and off with various forms of shock methods and short breaks then shock again, longer break, and then back to norm, when i notice regular Penis Enlargement seems to become accustomed.

Thrombosed veins, search for the term. They are formed from too much lymph fluid being in the penis, or something like that. They suck. I think I read some scientists paper about what exactly causes it.

umm from what I remember, That's not what Thrombosis is. Thrombosis happens when a blood clot is formed in a vein. Clamping and girth work is specifically dangerous because they keep the blood stangent for a long period of time and it's recommended that one takes Asprin or White Willow Bark an hour before a hardcore girth session to thin the blood which in turn minimizes the chance of getting a Thrombosed Vein.

Jeeze, what'd ya do fall off a chair and almost break your neck when hanging or clamping?

I'm about progressively increasing intensity...and knowing when to stop.

Now that you read my injury thread you now what happened , But honestly if it happened to me maybe it can happen to you? I hope you or anyone else does not get injured , because ive had alot of bad painfull things happen to me

As I've said in the other thread, I've never hung weights and clamped. It's either been one or the other. Thanks for the words of concern though.
 
I've been trying something similar lately. I've been clamping for 10 minutes every hour for a whole day every other day. By the end of the day I'm pretty sore but I think it's a way to force more blood into the tissues without causing injury. What do you think?

ILL try to find it , take my advice and dont even try this clamping exersise , I should have listened to DLD , HE warned me about it , but i did not listen:blush:
 
so are you healed now or what? and where exactly did the blood come from? I saw where a guy asked if you did it while leaning over a stool, what did he mean by that?
