I do "Constrictors" (or Extreme Ulies, whatever you wanna call them) for girth. Should I do them every day?
I was fucking around with my ex girlfriend yesterday and she noticed my dick looked bruised and shit. She commented on it's size, but mostly wondered why it looked bruised. I didn't tell her shit.
Is there anything I can do to avoid getting that purple dick shaft? I really believe in doing these every day to get results, but now I don't know.
I always go for "maximum expansion" each workout... I manually squeeze above the clamp as well to further expand my shit. I also do horses while clamped... whatever I gotta do to fatten up my shaft. It seems to be working... it's been many months now. I just wish the gains were more dramatic, which is why I consider training less to not be a good idea. It seems like I can't get past a certain point, though.
