Maybe you should try edging without cumming so that when you have sex you'll still be almost ready to cum. Or you could just not masturbate before you see her. I found that if I use regular condoms I can't ever cum because I can't feel that much so maybe try switching to extra thin ones. Just a few ideas.

"edging" is just where you masturbate until you feel yourself about to cum, "on the edge" of cumming, and then back off before you do. I sometimes edge for an hour or more because it feels great. Try edging though but never actually cumming. Maybe edge in the morning and not cumming and then when you see her at night it will only take you a few minutes of sex until you get back to that point again. Worth a try at least, hope it helps.
