Before my hiatus my routine was this;
I would do my stretch routine in the morning which consisted of all the angles 3x's each. Then I would wear my VLC all day while I was at work which was mostly 8-10 hrs. Well your routine looks awesome...a 24/7 routine might be good for some people but it might not work for you..if you do PE 24/7 you put a lot of stress on your penis...try to take it easy..at least at night,let , don't do any PE , let your dick " sleep " LMAO . Your routine might be too intense .

Yeah that's the thought I had that maybe I was over doing it a little. My thought was to do 4 on (Mon-Thurs) and take 3 off to give it time to rest. I had stated in another thread that my EQ was really suffering even during sex so I think I was hitting it to hard. I need to find that balance where I keep good EQ but also get good workouts. This time around I'm going to try and "listen" more to my dick instead of just going balls to the wall. I'm going to take more time to figure out which exercises work best for me instead of doing a "cocktail " of exercises in hope of gains. I think I was just being to aggressive. The above video really helped my way of thinking.

3 days off in a week is way too much..3 days with no PE it's not good..i would never suggest taking more than 1 day off...you can do 2 on 1 off , 3 on 1 off, 4 on 1 off etc...training for 4 days and then doing nothing for the other 3 it's not going to bring you any good.

Or you can even train 7 days a week no day off,but reduce the intensity of your routine.Something like

- Stretching in the morning + the VLC at work but for a shorter period of time ( idk 4-5-6 hours )

- Then at night go for the 5x5x3 program or something simillar...5 minutes in the pump , 5 minutes of SSJ/Jelqs , 3 sets + cock ring for 1-2 hours and that's it...go to sleep and let your dick rest...

Idk i'm just saying,try these 2 solutions ( a day off , or reduce the intensity ) i'd say give 2 months each and see if you gain better that way.

Thanks for this. I hadn't really thought that 3 days off would do more harm than good. I think I'll try maybe the 2 on 1 off approach. Let me ask though on my days off and at night should I still at least have it wrapped if only just enough to keep it in an extended state but not completely stretched out?

Well since it's a rest day , i would say let your penis rest...no PE at all ( maybe some kegels if you want to but that's it ).

And taking 3 days off it's not going to do harm it's just going to slow down your progess..it's like dieting for 4 days , then eat junk food for the other 3 days :))

I have high blood pressure and I take medication for it but I have never noticed any type of correlation between girth and high blood pressure.

Are you still taking medication for this? You are in my prayers.
