You can do kegels while in the BM and jelqing.

Some discoloration is normal, and should go away within 12-48h.
In that time you can take it slow or take the time off, if necessary

There is a cream or two that DLD recommends - it's in the SRT thread (first or second post)

thanks, i will have a look and hopefully it will help me to get rid of the discoloration.

By the way, i have a problem with bathmate. When I try to pump, it get the little black valve push forward and the pressure just goes completely. I haven't try to clean the little black valve yet. I have no idea why the pressure goes completely when I pump it. I'm not sure if the little black valve is broken or need to be cleaning.

I want to use bathmate everyday to keep pumping as I would hate to miss it out.

Do you know why I am losing the pressure completely when I pump it? is it because of the seals or is it because of the valve that is broken or got dirt inside?

I have shaved my pubes off but it doesn't make any difference.

If you have shaved and have used some vaseline around the seal and it is not holding vacuum than you need to clean the valve.

Thank you very much for this, I can see it have helped me to solved the problem. I can now get a full pressure again when I pump it.

How many times in a week or how many days I would need to clean the valve??

You should clean the valve once a month unless it loses vacuum earlier. When the valve collects dirt and oil it interrupts vacuum. I am happy we have solved your problem!

Thank you for your advise, i will clean it once a month unless if the vacuum lose i will clean it again.

When I pump it in a flaccid, it will make suck and make my penis to go hard without the erection. So would bathmate helps to improve the erection if I have a poor circulation or if the blood have been blocked in the vein of the penis?

Normal? If it's normal for you, then yes, it's normal...I'd imagine your cleaning-time would be equal to your pump-time tho
I can't see the BM causing any problems unless you over-pump or ignore what your body is telling you. If you've modded with the VV, then extra care must be taken due to the extreme pressures it can create.
The biggest issue that has been reported here is discoloration caused by too lengthy of a session...there's also the obligatory red-spots that occur, but those fade w/rest.
My suggestion? ( I know you didn't ask), take advantage of the ability to orgasm and 'edge' instead of coming...great training cuz you'd be at your highest EQ while the BM is expanding through pressure. Just a thought...good luck

Do you have problems with premature ejaculation? Honestly, cumming from pumping does not sound "normal" to me. You must be crazy sensitive, or you pump a lot differently than me

It won't cause injury, but your girth work also won't be nearly as effective. In my experience, the penis NEVER achieves full expansion after several hours after ejaculation, even if I manage to get a decent erection.
