Aside from skin stretch there is no other part of the penis that can be altered as quick as base girth, it is simply a byproduct of heavy downward stretching.

I do mostly downward stretches when I return good circulation after wearing my extender for 30-120min.

Interesting. After a hour my junk is on fire and I'm afraid to do any more stretching lol. But that sounds like a good idea

Well the more you can handle the faster the process will go but as I have stated, it is a very quick process of heavy downward stretching.
