I came across this and want to get started without dropping tons of money:
http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...le-Health-and-Building-Low-Hanging-Bull-Balls

Supra mentions buying a "split-shaft coupling" from ruland.com and using that as the weight, but my stupid ass can't find anything on their website with that name. Is it called something else now? Google also provided results for many devices, none of which were actually called slit-shaft coupling. I just bought a Static Stretcher due to not having enough time to really use my Bibhanger all year (which gave me awesome results I journaled at big-penis.com last year) so the weights he recommends from secretleather.com are somewhat out of my price range right now, with the bigger one being out of production completely. But, I could probably swing a few of these without the typical sex product markup. Looking at ruland.com most of their products seem a lot more stackable than golf weights. Any help toward buying the right one gets a big thank you.

I know little about this, Stillwantmore may be able to help.

hanging weights on your balls, make them hang lower after a couple of months, but they don't really enlarge them and for sure you wont get "bull balls" from hanging weights on your sack mate.
keep your money for something better mate, have a nice dinner or whatever, because you won't get your balls enlarged through this method.
if have small balls like 10ml or something, and fortunate enough to have a doctor urologist, who you trust, maybe he will prescribe you the hcg-hormone, which could help. at least you definitly can expect more from hanging weights for that case.
i have small testis myself and hope to find a solution, i will try hcg out asap, but first i have to have an operation, removing my left test varicocele, which is probably the reason for the shrinkage, which is not reversible afaik, because it should have been removed before/while puberty. i wonder why its always usual for females to go regularly to the gynecologist, while boys rarely do for checkup as some boys also have sometimes issues in that area..

some freaks inject igf-1 right in their testicels, which causes growth for sure, but thats too much even for me who isnt afraid to eveb try something like cc-injections for penile growth.
btw: whats the size of your balls? i think if they are larger than a grape you should forget about this idea anyway

What you were looking for were "shaft collars". I just bought a rauland shaft collar at mcmaster-carr.
Here are some caveats.
1) Make sure you measure properly, and don't 'compress' when you do the measurement.
2) They do -NOT- I repeat they do -NOT- come with a key/wrench. You will have to looks at the specs they give you on the particular shaft collar that
you are buying, and have to buy it as well. As they are hex nuts, I was unable to find any other way of opening the collar for use.
3) The particular shaft collar I bought has a lot of acute angles on it. For Instance the rim of the inside bore, is 90 degrees, so it will compress your tissue
significantly. This is what Jordan on SL is talking about guys getting pressure ulcers from them. The WMC is all smooth and rounded off, and does not
do this to your balls.
I am thinking that I will just start buying the shaft collars when I am ready for more weight, but stack them on top of my WMC, since it is nice and smooth.

Good Luck, and let me know if you come across a smooth shaft collar.

Thanks for your help. Most of the shaft collars I've seen now that I know I'm looking at the right thing are a single piece. Is there a benefit to getting one that would come apart with a hex nut? I saw a couple shaft collars on eBay that looked (potentially) smooth, and once I have the right size I'll let you know if they work out. I did some more reading on Secret Leather on this and came here:

http://www.secretleather.com/jarod.johansen/

Does the measurement advice given there apply to shaft collars as well, or should they be modified to better fit a shaft collar?

I have been following the same advice as is in jarod's article there. The measurement advice still works for the shaft collars as well as the WMC, as all a WMC is, is a shaft collar with all the ridges and angles rounded off, so the whole thing is nice and smooth. All of Jarod's advice has been great in that article, and has definitely helped me out.
I don't think that a shaft collar that does not come apart would fit tightly enough, not to be slipping off all the time and driving you nuts. My scrotum was really tight, and I don't know that I would have been able to maneuver my balls around enough to get them through the bore hole 1 at a time. Also, if you needed to get it off quickly, but your balls were all sucked up tight for whatever reason, it could be harder to remove it if you needed to.
I was trying to think if there was some type of cheap paint/enamel or something I could buy at a hobby store, that could be painted onto the rough edges of the collar. If it were thick enough enamel, it might help to make it smoother. But then I don't want to walk around with green paint having rubbed off on me tackle either. LOL
Good Luck.

Have you ever used Theraband? I use it as wrap with my Bibhanger and Cable Clamps. One I had the right sized collar I was planning on adding a couple layers of Theraband inside the shaft collar to act as a cushion and either gluing it to shaft collar with super glue or taping it down with electrical tape. It's smooth, cushioning and durable. What you get for 5 bucks from Bib is more than enough to go 100 shaft collars so it certainly qualifies as cheap. Allegedly it's cheaper than that at hardware stores, but I've never found a hardware store that sells it. It might be something you want to try. As a point of comparison the Bibhanger feels like it's going to tear my cock off without a wrap on it and is painless with the Theraband as long as I put the hanger on properly. Just an idea.

Thanks, I will look into that. I have never heard of it, and I don't know anything about any of the gear used for hanging.
Because the 30mm WMC is too big for me and I slip off, I had tried to cut some strips of an old sock to take up extra space, but it did not work as planned, mainly because they would not stay in one place. Maybe the Theraband will help. Wonder if that would help when using the extender as well? After 45 min, I have to come out cause I feel like it's tearing my dick head off. Thanks!

I've used the Bibhanger and had very good results with it. I got it before the Length Master came out so I never had to weigh the option between the two. From experience I can say that the Bibhanger can hang 30 pounds with no problem (and that's more than most people will ever need). OTOH the Length Master seems like it can do a few things the Bibhanger can't, so you should probably do some reading on both if you're thinking about adding hanging to your Penis Enlargement routine. Theraband is $7 shipped from Bib if you're not buying a hanger and you'll get more than you could ever use unless you go out of your way to destroy it:

I never used a traditional extender because they looked too painful. Theraband would certainly help cut down on the pain if the noose can still get a good enough grip. I've seen a lot of good feedback on this, which is probably a better (and more expensive) option if you're using a traditional extender. I remember reviews of the product being good and the customer service being borderline nonexistent when it came up on big-penis.com, so you may be better off getting any questions about it answered by people on a forum than from the company directly. The V-Stretch he sells will let you use an extender to focus on your tunica if you're so inclined.

Thanks for the information. I am gonna take a serious look at the Theraband stuff. See if I can't pick some up at work (hospital). LOL

Any luck swiping some Theraband and trying it out on a shaft collar? Knowing how many layers of Theraband will go on it would help a lot in determining what size I get, since a case could be made for 4 different sizes depending on where I measure based on the above instructions. I must have the most inconvenient balls for enlargement ever lol.
