Indeed it does. Takes a bit of work for me to stuff my whole package in there but once it's all in, the pump is great. I prefer my LongJohnny when doing a full package pump though. Interior diameter is way bigger and allows for great expansion. And seeing as it was designed for balls anyway, it's great!
Thats what i use for my my entire package routine,,,the long johnny,been doing this for many years,,it gives a well rounded look ,,,i like it like that,,,,i am sure you could do the same with the X-40 as well,,let your junk dictate what pressure you use, but ball pumping takes time,,light pressure and more time,,,i dont own a X-40 as of yet,,,i want to fill the herc lengthwise first,
