Yeah they don't necessarily have to go away, just have to make sure it doesn't get worse. Still wants more, and redzulu would ignore them for the most part.

I would still try the therapy. If this does not work the doctor could get rid of the Thrombosis with a simple in-office procedure. This would be covered by all insurance.

Anyhow, I do 5-5-3, almost every day. I take a day or two off every week or two. The routine isn't strict, I just listen to my body, and if I want to party and miss a day, I do it, but make sure I get back on it. Two days off occasionally seems to help, but at this exact moment in time, it seems a tad thicker EVERY SINGLE DAY. Presumably gains at this speed only last so long, so I'm just gonna ride it out and reevaluate later.

Soon my hand will no longer be able to encircle my gear. And the lady I'm hoping to show it to at some point has way smaller hands😉 so I'm feeling pretty virile lately. Thanks for the support!

It's just 5 mins pumping, break for massage, 5 mins pumping, break for massage, 3 mins pumping, massage, stop. Simple, fun, effective. Probably gonna do it today and again tonight

I don't think I'm quite to the point of an additional set, but if I were, would you advise and additional 3 mins?
 
You can measure to see if you have better expansion, but I think three minutes is enough to bring your pump back some :blush:. Throwing in some SSJ here, and there doesn't hurt either. The goal is to be expanded as much as possible, so that one day you'll be starting at your previous post-pump.

See where you are first, if retention is low and expansion feel good go for another set. You will know when it becomes too much.
 
I think it's time to measure again. Feeling good. I've been chilling with a lady and while we were kissing she felt my gear, over the top of my gym shorts. Real quote, "are you real?!"
