However, you can still gain muscle without gaining weight and since I'm cutting for summer I'll give it a try and then if it works I'll rerun it with a surplus for sure

Blood flow is much better with a healthy diet. Erections can be poor with a crap diet
In 2020, I was on a very strict diet that consist of mainly beans. And I was doing Kegel vigorously. my erections were always solid. But now when I resumed training again, I noticed that my erection became very weak. I don't know if was because of the 40mins daily expressive stretching or a crappy diet. I am going back to my strict protein diet and see if something changes.
