Janus has a crap load of YouTube videos.

Thousands have played with this method (played because the instructions and routines don’t exist after 1.0), hundreds became Janus disciples.... growth is about nill but possible EQ benefits reported by a number.
Oh, Janus also requires a veggie diet and 1,500 calorie surplus to see gains.
 
I tried...Meh...I wasn't willing to go full-on vegetation dinosaur mode nor go to 1,500 calories considering that I'm already slender as it is. I would have looked like The Crypt Keeper if I kept going his route:

I have to ask, why would you do AM?
Even Janus doesn’t claim any gains after his 3/4” Newbie gains with 1.0 and he doesn’t even have any details about that. He acts like he has details but is unable to answer the most generic of questions,... yet insist all other non AM forms of PE are bogus.

I'm not claiming anything I just shared my progress. I'm not even sure if it can increase size but as I said it really helps with EQ. :)

do you have a link to his website / videos containing the program because i’m very interested in extreme Erection Quality. I want my cock to be harder than steel. I’m looking for ways to increase EQ.

Calories apply to the penis? I’m gonna start eating a lot of fat food that way my girth can get up LOL

For some days now, I've been on a very poor diet and I noticed that, I've not had an erection. But I don't want to attribute it to my diet. I think it has to do with my state of mind at this time. I also noticed that, my erections are weak while I was training for 120 minutes per day so I just might need to back down to 1 hour. But it seems, 40mins is the ideal time for me to use the length master daily if I truly want to train length and girth on same day.
 
Blood flow is much better with a healthy diet. Erections can be poor with a crap diet

In 2020, I was on a very strict diet that consist of mainly beans. And I was doing Kegel vigorously. my erections were always solid. But now when I resumed training again, I noticed that my erection became very weak. I don't know if was because of the 40mins daily expressive stretching or a crappy diet. I am going back to my strict protein diet and see if something changes.
