Since there are discussions on other sites with almost everybody positively raving about it , anyone incorporated it over here? It appears so simple, and too low intensity to work, but It seems like a game changer for EQ gains and ED suffers . Too soon for anybody really to say for size gains. I've been having the hardest erections of my life with it, better than using 100mg of viagra so my experience it seems legit. I know he seems to rub people wrong when he bashes traditional PE methods, and his diet stuff but if you can over look that I think it will benefit many people.

It's mostly a series of two exercises used to treat ED. He has other videos with diet, exercise to go with his method , and other videos explaining the science to support his method. Again if you watch it look past his dissmissing of traditional PE, though he posted before I believe he has done it in the past, and over look how simple and low intensity it appears. Almost everyone is at least is claiming better EQ in a few days. He isn't selling anything or promoting anything, all the info is free and seems genuine. Seems like an interesting massage technique, that's what I'd call it as the "bottom line" of the deal. Not too many results when you Google it, but enough to give it an aura of something to try out.

Diet-wise I recall reading briefly about a good tonic, combining ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar, garlic and honey. Just gave me boost to keep drinking apple cider vinegar, as that alone has some great benefits.

I found this method just yesterday and been trying it out. So far the effects seem to be quite nice, but of course I need a longer period of testing before I can say anything I consider to be even an anecdotal view of it. I will however say one thing about it: It does get the blood flowing quite nicely so it looks promising in that aspect.

For now I've been using the 2.0 version of it as I'm just too tired to get myself 100% erect and the 2.0 doesn't require full erection. The guy talked about gains after just 45 day period of doing the 1.0 version and claimed the 2.0 to be even more effective so I think I will give it the 45 days before reporting back with my experiences.

Edit: I just realised that for the sake of research I have to add that I just started my girth regime this Monday and took 25 mg of Sildenafil today because my girth work 'kin exploded to full gear and I'm a greedy fucker when it comes to PE!

I do regret this decision because now my results are not done as purely as they should be. That being said I am more focused on the long term effects of this method and not that much on the spur of the moment and excitement of a new technique so the Sildenafil might not effect it that much. I will keep notes about this and mark up the days and amounts of the blue helper I am taking so at least we know what to think of the combination of these two.

This is good to know and please update us as you progress. The data is so important to exercise, methodology and future gainful methods. Please keep us up-to-date and we can collect the state it and hopefully give options to people who have not had them before.
 
I too need to improve my ED a lot. Wondering though if this will work for me as I do not seem to have (or find) the center vein he talks about - the one you are supposed to press from near the glans down into the base.
Also, what is difficult for me is that for me to get to a 85/90% erection I will need to be very close to ponr, so it gets tricky to cup that hand around the glans and press downwards in the middle of the shaft. Any tips from anyone that has got this mastered?
 
jcarrier, I suggest you check out the 2.0 method video. The way he does it there is quite different and suits at least me a lot better than the original one. I do use coconut oil as a lubricant when I do it but it's more of a preference than a need.

Also to give a little update with this: As I haven't done this for more than a week now, I can not give anything conclusive. It does work wonders as a circulation help when I'm getting ready for some SSJs or after clamping and it does seem it has improved my EQ, but I can't say for sure about that. The early signs are promising and I will continue to try this one out and making notes about it as I go along.
 
What Im finding difficult is that im uncut and have a lot of foreskin. So it is very hard for the skin not to roll back over the glans while Im trying to work the angion methods exercises

jcarrier: All I can help you there is that have you tried stretching your penis a bit forward with the hand that holds the glans? I don't have that problem with my foreskin, but that is what I do when I start doing this method when I'm around 30% erect and it prevents the skin from rolling too much forward.

For the general update: I've been having some promising results with this. My state of mind fucked up the 45 day test but my EQ seems to be improving. I'm not yet sure if it's because of this method, but I haven't done any more kegels than my normal amount and I've been using the Sildenafil just occasionally. I'm still not saying anything conclusive about this although I am encouraging brothers to try it out to test out it if nothing else.

One thing I am sure: I haven't been strict on the diet the guy talks about. I've been eating like a pig, drinking too much and sleeping too little. Things much, much too important to overlook in any bodybuilding. Shame on me!

But in general I have a positive fibe about this method and many times that is all you need to achieve great things!

There's a comment by this guy on youtube ''PE is no different than bodybuilding. If you are in a caloric deficit--gains in size won't happen. You can however still experience the increase in erectile quality''. First time i hear this what are your thoughts? It makes zero sense to me lol

Calories apply to the penis? I’m gonna start eating a lot of fat food that way my girth can get up LOL

I agree thats just bro science. Specially bodybuilding is a sad disaster in our country. I think this is the country where you see the most bizarre unnatural exercises invented at the gym and then posted on youtube. And inside the mind of each one of these creatures, they are Arnolds growing like weed.
 
I just saw the video and it makes a lot of sense though. I dont agree that our PE method are useless, but perhaps is a good idea to focus also in the health of arteries and veins.

Just FYI,
Janus did not gain from AM 2.0 or 3.0... he claims he had gains with 1.0 but within months of releasing 1.0 to the masses he said 1.0 wasn’t good anymore and then released 2.0 saying with the release that wasn’t very good and 3.0 would be the bomb... then he failed to produce any gains with it.

Janus is a fraud, be careful with this experiment.
 
I saw one exercise, the 3 i think, and it seemed so meh... Not even worth it to me.
