Just thought I'd set some goals that I've been thinin about for a while.
I'm 6'3 218 pounds right now. i'm gonna be hitting the weights hard and eating a lot more. I hope to get to 230-235 by the middle of february. Then I'll cut back on the food a bit and do some more cardio to see how lean I can get by spring break (last week in march). By then my hair should be as long as i want to grow it to. Kinda like Arnold back in the pumping iron days. Im going to be getting a viking tattoo in december, similar to the one in the picture, on my upper arm. Thinkin bout getting my nipples pierced too. I'll see about that. Also by next spring I'd like to have an 8x6 to compliment everything. I think the weight gain shouldn't be a problem because I just started doing squats and bench press again last month. I hadnt done any squats over the summer cuz i pulled a hamstring in may that took forever to heal. I hadn't done any flat bench since high school lol. I dunno why I stopped. I'm gonna be stickin with squats, bench, pull ups, barbell curls, rows, etc. All the heavy stuff. No concentration curls or cable work for a while. If everythign works out right I should be a sexy ass mofo next spring.

I also have somewhat similar goals in that I'm building my body, growing my hair and of course doing Penis Enlargement. Becoming a bigger and better man in every way.

Squats make everythign bigger and the girls like somethin to grab on to.
 
I already got a male getto ass dat the women luv to grab. When you say everything big what all do you mean?
 
Doin squats raises your testosterone and gh levels so it makes all of your muscles grow. Plus your legs are the foundation for your body so without strong legs, you limit the possible gains for your upper body. I already got a big ass too lol.
 
Squats and deadlifts are the grand daddy of all bulking exercizes. They put alot of stress over your whole body which helps to strengthen not only the major muscles groups but also all the supporting muscles. Because of this, they also tend to improve all your other lifts.
 
I agree squats and dead lifts are great, but remember it's best to start your routine with big muscle exercises and then move to small muscle. You'll find that your a little more fatigued when your doing the small muscle work, but that's cool, its the whole point to fatigue the system.

Yeah, any good program should base itself around squats and deads. Good luck, your goal sounds awesome... Maybe you should consider buying a viking helmet too ;)
 
Ok, Ima start liftin. Right now I do 100-150 pushups a day and 100 situps and 30 curls per arm with 30lb dumbells. What's a squat? I realize that pushups do nothing really. Just toned the heck out of my chest. I got pretty good abs and if only I could stop eating shit I could actually see them without having to blow a gasket in my head in order for them to stick through. I need a routine. Anybody? I'm 190lbs 6'0 with clothes. About 180-185 naked. :lol:

Well this goal just seemed even more likely as i got a training partner now thats a 6'3 300 pound wrestler. This guy just put me through the most intense chest and tricep workout ever. I'm gonna be crying tomorrow.
