And if you really need stealth you could use the belt it comes with and point it down or up and you Def won't see it. And believe it or not the belt gives a really good stretch..I been using the belt while I sleep to keep a light stretch. So when they say you can sleep with it you can..Ive had no problems with it..and it's the most comfortable stretcher out there
