Jelqs (20 Minutes)
Warm Down:
5 Minutes of light jelqs
Warm Wrap (10 Minutes)
Testicle Massage (5 Minutes)
PC:
500 kegels (quick 5 sets 100 reps, 1 min break in between)
50 5 second kegels
2 1 minute kegels
Edging:
10 Minutes of edging
