Down (left, middle, right) (30 seconds each) (50 Rotary Cranks)
Straight (left, middle, right) (30 seconds each) (50 Rotary Cranks)
Up (left, middle, right) (30 seconds each) (50 Rotary Cranks)

Jelqing:
Jelqs (20 Minutes)

Warm Down:
5 Minutes of light jelqs
Warm Wrap (10 Minutes)
Testicle Massage (5 Minutes)

PC:
500 kegels (quick 5 sets 100 reps, 1 min break in between)
50 5 second kegels
2 1 minute kegels

Edging:
10 Minutes of edging

Up (left, middle, right) (30 seconds each) X2

Jelqing:
Jelqs (20 Minutes) (2 Seconds Each)

Warm Down:
Warm bath water (10 Minutes)

PC:
250 Kegels (Quick) 1 min break between 125
5 1 minute kegels

Edging:
20 Minutes of edging

Didn't do rotary cranks because I wasn't sure if I was doing them right and cut down on kegels because my PC muscle was screaming afterwards and still is a bit sore.
Going to slowly increase kegels as weeks go on.

I Started P90X Doubles this week also so we will see if that has any effect

Resting is a big deal. I like how you've stayed dedicated and calculated the whole week. Keep going. I'm sure you'll see your gains. If you have any questions PM me or Priapus. We like to watch new peoples results.

I have but I'm currently in a moving process so once I get settled I'll look into it.

So I just did my second measure and I was shocked.
Maybe the first day I did my measurements I was just having an off day or something.

Starting Measure: (May 1, 2011)

Penis EnlargementC:
10.41 cm

Measure #2: (May 16, 2011)
BPenis EnlargementL:
14.73 cm

11.43 cm
04.50 in

Increase of .50 in for BPenis EnlargementL, .40 in for BPFS, and .40 in for Penis EnlargementC.

This seemed higher than what I expected. Is it normal to have temporary gains like this?

Yea I'm just moving back home for the summer while Im not at school.
But moving made Penis Enlargement possible since before I had some really nosy room mates.
So its all for the better.
