Wrapping with Theraband

So when I wrap with Theraband. Do I put on the theraband on first then the cotton wrap or the cotton wrap on first then the theraband. Please advise. Thanks

Some guys will reverse this for comfort issues but I find the theraban lets the skin stay smooth and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] pads that so it can take some stress.

A few reasons. Anti-slip is one reason that many use theraban because it can hold pretty heavy weight and this is why it is used in Hanging. It also helps keep the skin smooth so when you strap your device on there is no pinching due to skin folds.

Right now, I am using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with the theraband and I must say, it seems more comfortable than when I was using the strap with the foam piece. Also, I am using the velcro strap modification. Very comfortable. So do you use regular [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap and or anything that is soft like cotton material. And I only took it off so that I can go tinkle. If I did not have to go to the bathroom, I would have kept it on for longer. It is super comfortable. I have never had such comfort in it before. I am using noose, can hold tight to prevent slippage but can only last 1 hour. I tried modified velcro but my penis head tends to slip off perhaps the hold not strong.

Guys can help/advise how you can stay with velcro? (i am looking to extend my wear to 2 hrs and I'll thank god! HELP!)

It is not exactly Theraban, it is a bit better as it is slightly padded. You may want to retry using the velcro strap after you have put on the theraban ring. This padding will hold you more secure and it will feel much more comfortable. If this still does not work for you try the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], this is the other preferred method of wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I would not go for 2 hours though, I think 60 minute sets are best with a some basic stretching in between each set. Resetting tension every hour is smart too as after 60 minutes you may loose a bit.

It is comfortable enough though my head starts turning purple at the 60 minute mark and when I take it off I can feel the head hurts so I never wear it for longer than an hour. Problem is I'm the type of person who takes everything to the extreme and tend to over do it. So maybe the reason the glans gets so sore after being in there is that I really stretch it hard far, using the most bars that I can and sometimes I really have to pull my dick to get into the next bar on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Nothing wrong with that Hep! You should be pushing more and more all the time. I also like that your sessions are only lasting an hour, this is as long as I suggest men wear before taking off and returning good circulation. The head will become purple and cold during this time but it is well within safe limits. Going longer than an hour, for me anyway, is not productive. I like to take off, get some basic stretching in, get good circulation going and strap back in. This also give me the opportunity to make small adjustments to keep things nice and intense.

Hep, what I do is use a rice sock to warm up for 5-6 minutes. Then I strap the theraban on. The only thing that I did not like as to putting it on directly on the skin is it stuck to my skin almost like removing a band aid. So I put a piece of cotton material then I put on the theraban. I now keep it on for an hour, take it off and stretch. Usually I do about 50 - 70 rotary stretches. Then I rewrap and put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for another hour and continue the process. Sometimes after about three hours, I put on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Wrap with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for an hour just for a break and then do another three hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I go for 6 hours a day. It is working well for me. Then I pump at the end of the day. What I do is 5 minutes pumping, then do about 150 jelqs with is about 5 minutes, and repeat the process for two more times. After the last jelq session, I put the pump on for another 5 minutes and that is it.
