I have been doing Penis Enlargement exercises for a little over a year now, and I have seen some good gains in girth, but not what i want in length. I was really skeptical starting Penis Enlargement exercises in the beginning, because I would do them wrong and i would only Jelq. I wouldn't stretch or do PC flexes. I started stretching later on but only simple stretches nothing fancy. After seeing some sample videos from this website, im thinking of investing. My main question is even though i have been "exercising" for the past year will i see the gains that I want with this program. Im mostly looking for length, but a little bit of girth would be good also. I'm really liking what im seeing, but i just want some opinions. Thanks
 
I say hanging is best for length gains. I don't think [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] are worth the cash and you can make a good homemade hanger for $20-30 or get a bib hanger for like $100.

Congrats on the girth gains!!

To be honest if you have seen gains in girth from exercises then there is no reason why you wouldnt see length gains. its a case of sticking with the different stretches and progressing with a good exercise routine.

I have personally not used a hanger so cannot comment on them, although many people have seen great results - just like they have with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] :)
 
I will look into the hangers for length gains. With my last program, i made length gains, but because i wouldn't regularly measure i don't have a concrete number on how many inches I gained. But also, I am looking for some variety in my programs and i am getting bored of doing the same things over and over. I just want to also know if investing in this program will help. Furthermore, whats the difference between the online membership and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. Thanks for all the help!!!
