Hmmmm...I haven't had to deal with this, but I don't think it's that big of a deal. You have a few options. You can tell her about it, which I don't reccomend. Regardless of what we may think generally a woman will react with, "why do you want to make it bigger?" or "you're fine the way you are?". Personally, I have problems with fluid buildup but I am cut with a mostly restored foreskin. It may effect them in a greater way, but I have found that as I've restored that my fluid builds up right around the circ scar and up towards the part that covers the head. I would assume that would have something to do with the fluid not having anywhere else to go as it's being pushed into a specific area. A cut man, or tightly cut, doesn't have the skin to push the fluid into but pushed it more around the shaft of the penis as it's more evenly distributed.
