That happens pretty quickly but you can increase the speed through manual stretching an some erect stretches. Erect stretching, particularly, is a very efficient way to convert.

my time is limited so all my routine is some light warmup stretching and using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. trying to get 3-4 hrs everyday but sunday
 
Like any other body part, it takes time to grow. The first few months are met with resistance. Just like with muscles: they start by increasing nerve connections, as you continue lifting they start growing.

The body always tries to be efficient. That's also why "use it or lose it" is true.
 
Quickly could mean a month but everyone is different. This is not a cop out and the reason everyone is different is the fact that everyone uses different intensity, different exercises, different equipment, etc. Put your all into it and be sure to use excellent form and intensity and the gains will comes as fast as they can.

What I do is take a quick shower. I keep shower head pointed @ my penis for warm up, for about 10 min while showering of course. Then I do some manual stretching, I do dld's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I try to do the 3 sets, like Dld recommends but sometimes I can't. I'm gonna try to do a morning routine

I created erect stretches years ago due to the problem men have in converting flaccid stretched gains to erect gains. It is the best way, currently, to close this gap.
