I believe in the LOT theory, but I always get the feeling people get somewhat confused by it.
What the LOT theory says (or this is how I see the whole deal anyway) is that:
- If you stretch below your LOT, you will be putting stress on the ligs , which is what you should aim for becouse ligs stretch easier than tunica. The lower the angle you hang, the most focused to the upper ligs, which could give the fastest gains. (note: you will ALWAYS put at least some stress on the tunica unless you grab your penis at the base to stretch)
- If you stretch above your LOT you will not be putting enough (if any) stress on your ligs, so you will be stretching mostly tunica. The higher the angle you hang, the most focused to the whole tunica. By this I mean at certain angle and higher you will also be stretching the inner tunica (your inner penis).
Key point: stretch above your LOT for tunica, below it for ligs. The bigger the difference between your LOT and
hanging angle, the more focused pull to whatever you are trying to stretch.
So how would I explain a portion of DLD's gains if he hanged (or stretched) at low angles with a very low LOT? I say he stretched his outer tunica, that is, he stretched mostly the penis portion that was already outside his body.
If you want to understand the LOT theory, search for BIB's diagrams somewhere on the forum AND test it on yourself. Hang
BTC, then hang SO, then OTS, in all cases until you feel the fatigue. You will realize where your ligs are, and what I mean by inner and outer penis.

Can you raise your LOT?
