This would only be partially true if LOT theory was an axiom and I say partially because nothing is 100%, even when it's proven. Keep in mind that I not only hit low angles, I also trained above my LOT quite a bit.

Upward stretching targets tunica but more importantly you want to concentrate on downward and behind the cheeks as these elongate the ligament which leads to faster growth

Very conflicting. Downward stretching is the fastest way to grow and there is no limit to how long you can become. I made the most gains of anyone and 90% of my work was downward stretching using the lengthmaster. Getting in upward stretches requires a LengthMaster because it allows you to stretch with extreme power.
