Hi lads so I'm looking for a bit of feedback on a routine that I've settled into that I can do relatively comfortably and seems to be effective. I don't have extensive amounts of time to perform PE and can only really do it at night since I'm at university.
Basically I do
60+ minutes of hanging (currently with 11lbs, adding weight when i can't feel the difference)
15 minutes with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] going to a max in the shower, then
25 minutes of jelqing while i watch something on my computer, all right before bed
And that's it, when i go to bed i put on a steel cock ring, but nothing more really.
what i want to know is if this seems like a low amount of work/intensity or a high amount. what sort of gains can i expect from this in say 6 months? (in general of course, i'm aware all people respond differently to different exercises and with different growth rates)
currently I am 8x5.75 BPEL and I want to get to 9x6-6.5, so is this a reasonable goal with my regime or should i be doing anything else? attaining this before the next academic year would be killer so i want to make sure I'm putting the right work in.
