Attempt to set up an ERECT Kegel routine, but perform it once a day after your enlargement work. Attempt to add reps each session.

If you feel you get the best results from 30 second stretches you can perform them "Tension Stretch" style: 15 seconds with building tension and another 15 seconds to hold.

Exhaustion should be temporary, and any notable exhasution should be felt towards the end of a trainign cycle. if felt early in a cycle it may cause you to peak early.

IMO, any soreness should be light and dissipate within 24 hours.

Thanks for the great advice I have been doing erect kegels after my routine and another kegel routine later in the day and I have noticed a big difference. And I have been getting sore in my ligs every day without any problems. I look forward to my future.

The longer you can hold the stretch the better. I'm using the length master so it makes everything much easier for me.

Thanks for the advice... I am experimenting with length of time and amount of tension to see which gives me the best feeling.

You're most welcome!

There are a lot of differing philosophies on male enhancement training, but I recommend being careful with inducing soreness- especially at the beginning of a training cycle. You don't want to induce more than a slight soreness, and it should dissipate in under 24 hours.

I definitely don’t want to hurt myself. I’ve definitely over done it a few times back when I started in mid 2016 and I’ve learned a lot from it lol like little red bumps are ok....but dark purplish-black spots are not so good. Yeah I’m not sure if my soreness is good or not, I warm up in the bathmate for 5 min just because I can use hot water and get a light stretch, and I do very light pressure so I don’t get any fluid build up. After the bathmate I strap on my hanger with 10lbs and use my wife’s blow dryer for heat. When I initially put the hanger on is when I feel sore in my ligs and it isn’t painful or uncomfortable but noticeable and the soreness subsides about 2-3 minutes in. So I guess I’m a little confused of whether it’s a good thing or not that I can feel it immediately?

I definitely agree with you and I used to be pretty good about keeping a log in the past. I used to keep one for working out in the gym as well. I guess the only reason I stopped was because the more advanced that I got in PE the longer it took to get done then I would run out of time. I have to wake up at 4:30 am to train because I have to be at work at 6:45.

As long as the soreness isn't lasting you should be OK.

Regarding pumping: a little fluid build up is to be expected at the more advanced levels. As long as the build up dissipates within an hour you should be fine.

Regarding training- if you're trying something new, err on the side of caution. You can always adjust your reps and/or intensity upwards in subsequent sessions.

Training first thing in the morning is best, though :) Not only are test levels highest then, but you get the workout out of the way. This can give you a sense of accomplishment which carries through for the rest of the day.

How big are you, buddy? How much have you gained? Your goals?

I refuse to hurt myself in an way. I just cannot see the advantage of hurting your dick. That's my pride and joy area of my body.

I have a super big boner (not bragging), but I can't impress with that at the urinal, locker room, etc. So, I am all about a big hang. I just don't hang like I want to. I need tips on how to get a lower hang only. I am also not interested at all in girth. That's why I do not do the Bathmate (never did).

One question that has been plaguing me is that since guys who who are show ers more than growers, according to what I have read don't gain much in erection unlike guys who are more growers, how does that reflect in PE, doe that mean that the guys who are show ers will gain less with PE than the guys who are growers? I would think it would stand to reason that might be case, but I don't want to assume, I'm more of grower than show er so it doesn't affect me if that's the case, but I wonder about those guys and if that is the case is it a question of one type of guy repairing more than the other? I'm still a newb when it comes to PE so bear with me.

There are so many factors involved with "growers vs showers"- not to mention how some become showers over time with increased EQ and lowering of body fat. Even an improvement in posture can make a huge difference.
