Carbohydrates are very important to the body and any diet that limits this intake, as a general practice, are helping their clients loose brain matter and other essential fatty acids. Alpha+Blade does include carbohydrates (complex and simple) as part of it's initial RSA Fasting program. I have a couple of thoughts on the posts in this tread. I am about 70 lbs heavier than I was ten years ago. And I have much less dick to show for it.
About 2.25 - 2.5 inches LESS to be exact. I can measure it with a ruler. It is sickening. I need to lose weight obviously. Mine would look pretty big if I lost that 70 lbs.

About the skinny guys being hung - I read an article sometime within the last few years that said that body fat holds and collects a lot of environmental estrogens. We all know that estrogen is not good for penis size. There could be a connection. Most of the kids who grew up fat that I can remember from the locker room had the smallest members. Not just as if the fat was covering some length but their members were just small and shriveled as being underdeveloped like one exposed to to much estrogen. Any thoughts?

Also a few years ago I was surfing the net and found a cream that you applied to the body that supposedly reduced fat deposits were it was applied. I don't remember the name of the cream but it might be useful on a fat pad if it was used for a while. As a side it recommended women who wanted bigger breasts to cover their whole body in the cream except the breasts. Since fat could not be deposited anywhere else on the body it would deposit in the breasts making them bigger. I thought that was a neat idea even if it was a hoax. But happened to think about that for people who want to reduce fat pads.

I am working with some very cool magnetic creams that will serve many functions. We are still in development and with the money situation being slow, things are taking longer than I expected but I feel there is some awesome potential in creams enhanced with magnetic components, for healing, muscle building, even penis enlargement.
