Carb are taken in but this diet is no based around any of the current diets. I always liked my own formulas, always much faster.
Basically, I think ultra-low-carb is unhealthy for any length of time and it really effects me negatively. If I go without carbs for more than a day or so, I get stomach pains and diarrhea. It is to the point where it makes everything else I do miserable and just not worth the weightloss effort.
I'll be interested to read your ideas and program.
