Warm-ups help the tissue to loosen up and allow the tissues to expand better. Warm-downs, which should actually should be cool downs, should involve something that allows the tissue to contract, like cool water. This helps in the healing process for ligament strain. I remember going through this type of warm-up, cool-down routine for Physical Therapy because it promoted good circulation and also helped with ligament healing. If you're just doing jelqing though, it should help with better circulation which could help with length gains. You may want to consider stretching though, as that the best way to gain length.
 
do some warm-up jelqs, if you're only jelqing. meaning, 5-10 minutes @50-70% erect, just to get the tissues ready for greater pressure(90-100% erect)

The science behind this concept of making this tissue more elastic disagrees with the "Cold Wrap" theory that is floating around here.

Tunica(Really fascia) Is a connective tissue keeping all your inside goodies in place and runs through your ENTIRE body under your skin. While this is great so your not all over the place, it is like a shield to keep everything where it need to be. This is tougher around your muscles cause it has to press the muscle against the bone to prevent injuries.

There are few things that can be done to make this slighty more pliable.

-Heat
-Stretching
-Pumped to increased size
-Recovery(Sad but true) Connentive tissue is damaged like any other tissue.

Example: To oversimplify things, I suppose its like a balloon. Blow it up just once and let it down, and it regains its original form. Keep it inflated for months and deflate it, and its deflated form will have expanded in size.

This is how some have gains from ADC. Some many here(myself included) Fall in love with the Super pumped look of intense girth work but you cant do that type of stuff all the time.
 
It may be a blessing and a curse. This tissue is made to hold us together so stretching it is a time worthy, tough task(say that 3 times fast rofl.)

But look on the bright side. If it was easy to stretch this we all would end up with dicks like shorty mac!

Yup, it takes work to become a shorty...I mean longy
 
Get a quality cock ring and wear it for a few hour ADC STYLE. Then do girth exercises after that time or just edge yourself erect. You fell your penis trying to hold more blood instantly. This is from fatigue this connective tissue. I changed my entire routine after hearing all this info from this doc. More less erect work and my penis is throbbing when i get erect.
 
ANOTHER REASON TO HOT WRAP

Creep is the tendency of a solid material to slowly move or deform permanently under the influence of stresses. It occurs as a result of long term exposure to high levels of stress that are below the yield strength of the material. Creep is more severe in materials that are subjected to heat for long periods, and near the melting point. Creep always increases with temperature.
 
Length is a toughy for me. I need someone else to step in for this. I really don't train length that often, almost never.

I have made nice gains with basic stretches/Weighted V-Stretch, gave me bout 1/2 of an inch in 6-7 monthes. But I can gain length with very little effort so someone else might be able to answer this one for you if my advice doesn't help.

You mentioned that warming up is a must, is doing another warm wrap at the end of a length or girth workout essential too?

I enjoy doing a warm down for 2 reasons. First it really does aid in faster repair. The second reason is cleanliness, after handling the penis for a period oils and dirt can get into the pores and cause things like ingrown hairs, pimples, etc. So I use the warm down as an opportunity to wash up.
 
So we've come to the conclusion that warm ups and warm downs are good for a few reasons.
However, when it comes to the topic of piss pulls, would you all say that its better to not stretch at all rather than stretching without warming up?
Ive always wondered if piss pulls were better or worse for you since youre stretching a penis thats not warmed up
 
anyone used an infrared lamp i hear its amazing for this stuff, however i was alwayas afraid to beam the nut sack with that sort of heat.
