Personally I like the way Stillwantmore wraps in his hanging tutorial. what I can say is the wrong wrap will cause pinching and pain and make even the lightest weight painful but with the right wrap there will be no pinching or pain, just heavy hanging. Before I learned Still's wrap I could not even hang 10 pounds without pinching and pain. Once I mastered Still's wrap I could hang up to 70 pounds with no pain.
