I was just doin phase to the DLD Jelq and bend. Afer about 300 i felt this pain on the middle of my shaft on the top. I moved away my hand and there is this big fucking black/purple ball.

What the hell is this... is this bad? im shitting it! duno wat it is, how long it will be there, if it affects anything or wat!

Can someone rest my mind as soon as anyone can please!

does it stick from the surface at all? Is it slightly sensitive to the touch?

I wouldn't worry about it that much, I've had them before, just don't do Penis Enlargement until it's gone, especially not girth work... you might try some stretches after a few days if it doesn't hurt... good luck!
 
Don't worry mate, I've had loads of those. In the past I've had maybe three or four of them after a session. That is a big one but my advice would be rest for a few days. No Penis Enlargement and then it should go away on its own.

I usually get these when I go from being deconditioned into a girth regime that is too intense. How long had you had as a break before the session that created this?
 
You busted a vein. It's basically a small tear which let the blood out.

Don't worry about it, Just apply some heat for a couple hours, then let it heal for couple (4-5) days without touching it or Penis Enlargementing.
 
I did my stretches about 2 hours before then went out playing football adnd when i got in i did the DLD jelq and bends.

Do you think i may have been doing it to hard or something? When i tired doing them about 50 - 60 percent i didnt really feel the benifits as much as noraml jelq so i did them a bit harder!

I would say it sticks out of the surface , just its quite big, it doesnt really hurt at all. It did when it happend. i fort it was just a rub of a spot from shaving till i carried on a little more then it was really hurting!!

So you think its ok, thank god for that!! What is it tho, i thought it might have been a burst vien thats why i shit it that much!

So i should rest till its gone then start again?
I am just starting phase 2, and getting used to it, so do you think i should take it slow and gradually build into the exericse?

I dont get time to do a good long split in between length and girth so i have to do length 4 till 5ish then girth 7 till 8ish!

I dont really get phase 2 seems hard...

So this should be ok. Just looks weird lol

So no Penis Enlargement at all for 4 to 5 days... or till its gone then take it light? or easy? thanks mate! i thought it might have been a vien!!
 
wow...I just got two of those after some girth sessions...one in that same exact spot pretty big too...don't sweat it mine is already going away.
 
Bulc9 I don't think that you were doing the exercise too intensely overall I think that maybe you were not conditioned enough and had made a big step up in intensity all of a sudden and that had this effect. So in a nut shell I think that you were not conditioned enough for the intensity of this particular session.

In other words you can condition yourself to a point where you can do this exercise and others at the level of intensity that you used but you need to build it up gradually.

As I said before I usually get these when I do a girth regime that my penis was not prepared for. At other times, after a month of steady increases in intensity of my girth work I could pretty much do an exercise at any level and not ever get these.

In the end what matters is that it'll be fine and it's nothing to worry about. Just give it some rest.
 
purple-ly normal:) Nothing to freak out over. The skin on the penis is extremely thin and prone to blood spots, bruising and other temporary issues. The intensity of the exercise is the reason and as you become more adapt to it the bruising will not happen. The mark will fade in about 3-4 days.
 
Its good to be able to go somewhere(MOS) and ask questions. If i ever got what bulc got, i would of freaked out really bad. No doubt, many guys would be in a major anxiety attack if they had no where to relate to one another.

So i thought i would move onto the Phase 2. In my 1st session of this 2nite, i get the big purple dick dot....So now my question is should be be carrying on with phase 2 when my penis is better?

Or should i do it but not as many reps and gradually over the weeks get up to the actual amount? Or go back to phase 1?

What you think DLD? Am i ready for phase 2...and will it work? or would i get a repeat injury?

I want to get max gains as i poss can, if poss for July would like to be 8"....

I`d say after you are healed, start slowly until you reach your Phase 1 routine, then gradually modify it until it becomes Phase 2. Over a 2 week period sounds good to me, just listen to your dick and proceed acordingly.ç

Glad to see you are not scared anymore, that is always the worst part of any injury.

I was shit scared at 1st, but now i know what it is, i aint too bothered, just want to get back into Penis Enlargement asap! Will start slowly on phase 1 for 2 weeks then build into phase 2 and then start that slowly gradually getting more intense as i get used to it.

The only other thing now is, Friday i had key hold surgery on my knee so thats a bit fucked up cant walk propally yet. So i wont be able to stretches much. Do the ones i can. But was wondering if lots of clamping would be good because over the day im just sat in bed, so i could do loads of that?

What you think?

I'd say clamping at this point would be a big mistake. You don't want all that internal pressure until you are healed and conditioned again.

i did try clamping before i saw ur post. Firstly the bruise has healed and gone down, so that was good news.

I did 500 jelqs then a clamping session. my dick feels ok. feels worked! After the session ther was lots of red dots and it was darker than normal, but this is a common sign neway.

i will rest it like you say for few more days, thanks
 
That is great news.

Chances are your injury was not as bad then. I'd still stay away from the clamp though, but maybe you are ok to gradually increase your jelquing intensity. Stretches should be no problem too unless you grab right in that spot.
 
the stretches feel alot more intense since i have laid of Penis Enlargement a few days while the injury went away! i can feel more of a pull, feels like somethings gonna pop. which is a good feeling!

Yeah i think it healed well, my workouts have been great with no problems. So im going to keep it up and gradually get back into it, then clamping!
