Hey guys. I'm 9_16, and 18 years old. I am really uncomfortable with my size. It has always been around the, 6-6.5 x 4.5-5 mark since I was 15. ?:(

3 years later and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts at Penis Enlargement, I still haven't improved vastly. I found out about Penis Enlargement when I was 16 but never gave it a go. When I was 17 I started reading some forums and sites again and didn't think about actually starting Penis Enlargement. Then when I was about to turn 18, a couple of months before, something bad happend.

One we were at a party. As we were chilling on the corner talking to chicks, my friend flopped out his penis and it was bloody big. The girls that were there with us started paying more attention to him than they did to me. It was the opposite 5 minutes ago!!! >:(
I thought I was prettier than him, but hey, he was the one that flopped out his beast, not me.

That was something that crushed my confidence to a new low. <:(

Then I decided to try Penis Enlargement. But could never be consistent.

I am a member at Cheeky Cherry also (with like 2200+ posts rofl ), but I thought I'd give Matter of Size a go... just for the fact that it is bigger, has more features and more members (oh yea, and the owner actually has some photos up). Also, some people at CC just seem and act damn arrogant. Most are cool tho.

Because I have failed so many times, is it possible for any of the "good" gainers to actually help me build a routine that would benefit me? Whatever I tried didn't work. So any help would be great. I am not a newb to the "Penis Enlargement theory" and how/what the exercises are (after all, I have been reading about it for the last 2 years), but I just can't do something good with my knowlegde.

My current routine is merely,

Warm-Up 10 min
5 min stretching
300 - 500 jelqs
2 min hold sometimes
Warm-Down shower

well it seems like you got the routine down but i would bump the streching up to like 20-30 mins.and with the jelqing are you doing them at like 80 % erct
imo jelqing is pretty mutch usless under that for girth its just more like streching . and it seems that you have to be more consistent with your workouts get a schedule going like 2 on one off or every other day. just keep it constant and you will gain rofl

Good advice so far. One trick I've found to help with jelqing intensity is to give it a good hard kegel between each stroke. Or maybe every 2 or 3 strokes. This keeps you engorged plenty and makes for a much more intense workout.

But yeah definitely bump up the stretching to at least 20 minutes, if not 30. Since you have some prior experience, after a month if you aren't gaining much I'd say move on to some more advanced stuff. Good luck bro!

But the bad things are, all of those things that you guys mentioned are what I do in my routines right now. I do my jelqs at about 60-80% and kegel between each stroke.
But yer, I think consistancy is my problem.
I will add more stretches to my routine so I thank you guys vastly for that advice.

Try doing the jelqs at 100%. That has helped me alot.

I have recently been jelqing while clamped, wow, what a rush.

And as others have mentioned, stretch more. 30 mins, maybe cut the warm up to 5 mins as well. Save some time.

I have always jelqed at or near 100%, I think it is the best way, for me at least.
 
Welcome to the forum 9 and minnime.. Definately add more to the stretch time. LAst year when I added over 2 inches in a couple of months I was doing a 10-15 min stretch session every 2 hours during the day.
 
9_16 - I think a lot of us have a problem being comfortable with our size. At 6.9x4.1 I was uncomfortable. I thought to myself, if I could only get to 5" EG I will be ok with my penis. Now that I am at 7.5x5.125, I am still uncomfortable with my size. I'm thinking surely when I get to that 6" EG I'll be comfortable with my size. And then I see a video or a pic of a guy with a massive girth and 6" all of a sudden looks less appetizing. I think being here, and posting here has really helped a lot of guys not only get their size closer to their dream size, but helped guys become more comfortable with their unit.

I think you should come join the Girth Attack thread in Pic Proof. It's ok if you don't have a pic right now. It's for guys around our size shooting for 6" EG. Maybe we can help each other become more accepting of what we have and what we don't have.

Well, my Penis Enlargement is still not entirely back on track... but I'm working on it! I'm stretching hell of a lot more and doing the jelqs at 100%. The good thing is, I don't have to concentrate on maintaining erection levels. It's rock hard 100% all the way!
 
Looks like it needs some updating!

My current routine:

15 - 30 min stretching
500-600 jelqs
and a couple of holds!

All are done at 100% erect!
I just re-started 2 weeks ago.
 
Let me tell you how I got started:
For the first month and a half, I did manual stretches for about 30 minutes and worked up to 1000 consecutive wet jelqs/day. I did this routine one-day on/one-day off. My mistake: I jelqed while erect and got a thrombosed vein that I still have to this day - it won't go away. Although everybody is different, I would recommend that you NOT wet jelq while 100% erect until you have at least a couple of months under your belt.

After the first month and a half, I did DLD's newbie stretches and continued doing from 800 - 1000 wet jelqs/day; same one-day on/one-day off. However, these jelqs were different in that I did them slower and more intensely. I truly believe that my initial 1000 wet jelqs in the first 1.5 months conditioned my penis for doing more advanced exercises.

Now, I do a combination of clamping (constrictors), hanging, wet jelqs and dry jelqs. I also try to do at least 1,000 x 1-2 second kegels and 50+ sets of 5 second kegels daily (I need to start putting those in my log).

So, I've been Penis Enlargementing a little over 3 months now and I've gained over half an inch in erect length and over half an inch in erect girth. I believe that whatever routine that you do, start out slowly, work your way up from simple to advanced exercises and give your penis time to recuperate. As time goes on, you will be able to tell when you are ready for more advanced/intense exercises. For now, it will be very easy to hurt yourself so take things slowly and don't overdo your workouts. Now that I have given the appropriate disclaimer, ;) , you CAN try new exercises - even if they say "advanced." Just go slowly, watch your time and start the intensity out as low as possible.

Awesome gains! I am so happy you are finding time to keep up the Penis Enlargement even during busy times, it will be so worth it as time goes by.
